very clean, everything very safe, very satisfied

Buen precio, zona tradicional y local, recepcionistas amables, muy atentos y con recomendaciones, la habitación siempre la limpiaron muy bien, no se dejen llevar por los alrededores o las reseñas malas, Napoli es una ciudad que parece mala pero en realidad es muy calida, si eres de Latinoamérica cualquier lugar te parecerá más inseguro, para nosotros fue un paseo por el cielo

Bonjour j ai pris qq jours avant de faire ce commentaire car j ai ete tres decue de cet hotel.la chambre ete situé à côté de l accueil donc bp de bruit jour et nuit dont le telephone la sonnette d entree ou les personnes qui echangaient avec le receptioniste.ce dernier a été très irrespecteux et nous a engueulé car on voulait prendre une douche.en effet la douche été sur le palier et à partager avec l accueil et une autre chambre.niveau hygiène et intimité c est moyen.de plus la douche été bouché donc le receptioniste nous a engueulé car il allait devoir nettoyer l eau qui deborde.je rappelle qu'il fait très chaud en ce moment et que bien évidemment nous avions besoin d une douche .donc je ́ne recommande pas cet hotel qui est très buyant (la premiere nuit nous n avons pas dormi)vetuste dans son ensemble (clim pas entretenue ou encore lit d appoint pour dormir) et surtt le comportement du receptioniste .expedia merci de mieu choisir les personnes avec qui vous travaillez car cela affecte votre image.

L'hôtel se trouve sur 2 étages. L' accueil se trouve au 2ème étage. Le cage d'escalier est très sale et donne une impression d'immeuble abandonné.

空港からもナポリ駅からもほど近いホテルです。夜22時にナポリに着き、水を買えるところを探したらフロントで買えて助かりました。
翌朝はポンペイの遺跡観光だったので、交通の便が良いところで選びましたが、正解でした。
近くのパン屋さんが朝早くからやっていたので、焼きたてパンを買うことができました。
ホテルのスタッフはとても親切でした。

Io e la mia amica abbiamo soggiornato per una notte in vista del concerto di Geolier. Molto veloci con il check-in anche perché avevo anticipato le procedure tramite sito-online. Il signore è stato molto gentile nel lasciarci le chiavi del portone principale in quanto avevo avvisato che avremmo tardato nel rientro. È stato molto premuroso.

Good location, close to transportation accross the city.

The location is ok, right near the main train station. Area had a lot of street sales people harrassing you when you leave the building.

It has a central location close to the railway station, but that also means there's also quite restless on the streets. Rooms adjacent to the reception are not quiet at all. You can hear staff and guests talking, and also voices from neighbouring rooms and noise from the street. Fortunately it's a very clean place and staff is friendly.

The hotel is hard to find, the sing is there but it hard to tell the door of the hotel. Also hard to communicate with the reception desk person.

Not very good. Wasn’t greeted when I arrived. Standard of room very poor and the location was very unsafe and rough with every night bundles of people outside the entrance and across the street selling second hand goods on the pavement. The city in general was not a nice place.

Nice, cleanly hotel with friendly staff. Poor area around the hotel however close to transport links and nicer areas.

The hotel is located in what is a typical Naples apartment house which means a lot of damage around, shabby area and questionnable folks around (especially given the fact that the hotel is just 5 minutes walk off the main central station).
The overall standard is poor: a very small room with what is absolutely necessary: two old beds, one wardrobe and... that is bascically it.
There is also a small terrace attached to the room from which you might see the other equally run down houses nearby. All is in line with the worst visual expectations one might have when staying near the Garibaldi Square.
The reception guy is fully in line with the above description (I will keep quiet here about further details...).
The room is extremely poorly soundproofed: you hear everything from the corridor, including some i...t who started playing music very loudly in early morning. We left with no regret...
To sum up: this place might be all right as a one night stop-over, provided you expect nothing else than a bed to lie down on. Otherwise, keep off...

This is a very old, no-frills hotel near the central train station in Naples. If you just want to save money with a bare bones room, this place is sufficient, and the desk staff are very nice. There just isn’t much in the way of perks - no breakfast offered, and beds that are hard as a rock (which is somewhat normal for Italy though). It did the job for a one night stay, but I probably wouldn’t book for an extended trip.

It is not a hotel in the sense most people would consider a hotel. It is one floor of an apartment building. Area is filthy and very sketch . It was close to metro station. Staff was nice . Do not rent the shared bathroom . Shower was always clogged up . It had Spiders and mosquitoes in it often. Naples it very dirty and filled with shady people that just walk around or sell things on cardboard at all hours of the night. Police were friendly. WiFi worked well. AC worked but could not adjust it much. .

The building looked extremely neglected when we arrived—dirty, full of cobwebs, like something out of a horror movie. The room itself was fine, but the next day the cleaning staff came knocking on our door before the check-out time. When we told them it wasn’t time yet, they were extremely rude.

Situata a due passi dalla stazione centrale di Napoli. Intorno ci sono supermarket e tante caffetterie. Il personale è stato super gentile: hanno permesso che lasciassi il mio bagaglio in struttura dopo il check out così da poter continuare a girare la città comodamente. 10 punti solamente per l’aria condizionata in camera che è stata veramente una salvezza nelle giornate calde di Napoli. Sconsiglierei a chi viaggia da solo come me di camminare per quei vicoli a tarda sera/notte. A parte questo, se mai dovessi trovarmi di nuovo a Napoli, o se avessi voglia di una pizza fatta a dovere, tornerei sicuramente in questa struttura.

unsafe for family, I had reservation for 4 nights but checked out the next morning. I don’t want to stretch any further but this is NOT a family friendly hotel. Inappropriate activities were also taking place at night in rooms, doors don’t lock as the master keys are out at the front desk. On top of that, shower didn’t work … water clocked and horrible smell. But most importantly, with kids never pick this as an option! I am happy that one night is over. No refund or anything, but we found contrasting option on the Piazza Garibaldi square. Expensive than this horror show but totally worth it.
