Location was excellent & room was very comfortable
Nothing
We were traveling with a small dog, would be nice if there was somewhere to eat & drink on site (such as a patio)
Everything!

Staff was warm, professional, accommodating, respectful, responsive ... everything you could ask.
Room backed up to alley way in which some delivery trucks / workers interrupted the morning calm one a few mornings.
The room was excellent. Great walk-in shower, fireplace, snacks, TV and comfortable bed. Valet service for our car made it nice as parking is limited and can be hard to find. The room was a bit small but adequate. Turn down service and room cleaning was top notch! Even had 2 silver coins to redeem at the bar for a couple of their Silver Margaritas! We were close to the plaza so we could easily enjoy the Christmas lights, shops, local restaurants, and attend mass at the Cathedral, all within easy walking distance. The even have a wonderful car that took us to Canyon Road to see the luminaries and enjoy the hot cider and electric energy of that wonderful event.
Check out was not what I expected as the night shift person was unable to answer any questions concerning my bill. Apparently, they do not have access to that information, and no one can answer questions like that until 7 AM. I never had that issue anywhere else.
My husband and I stayed here four nights during December. The staff was always friendly and helpful. There is a car that will drive you within a 3 mile radius of the hotel. The hotel is right off of the main plaza of Santa Fe so it is walking distance to most restaurants and sightseeing. There are two rooms on the entrance floor that are nice seating areas with lovely fireplaces and decor. Breakfast was included with our room rate and it is ordered off of a menu. The food was ok. Our king sized bed room was nicely decorated, had a very nice gas fire place with two arm chairs, as well as a desk, some drawers, a mini fridge and a tray of complimentary snacks and nightly cookies. The room was not huge but it was roomy enough. There is a nice sized closet and safe. The towels and linens were nice, there were outlets on both sides of the bed. Lighting was fine. The bathroom was not large but it did have 2 sinks and some room on the vanity and a shelf for items as well as a nice Dyson hairdryer. The shower was nice sized with a one head adjustable shower head. Turn down service was provided. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would recommend this hotel.
Large and very comfortable rooms! Super comfy beds. It was so nice to have a fireplace in the room; even though it wasn't wood burning, it was still very cozy. Great location and EXCELLENT staff!!

Full of culture and charm. Excellent location.
The room was beautiful. Santa Fe charming. Beautifully decorated with a wonderful fireplace. The staff went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. The location was fantastic. I could walk almost everywhere. There were many small touches and services that elevated the entire experience.
Exceptional. Every detail was fabulous
Charming and beautiful!
Top location for downtown Old Santa Fe.
However, it seems all the hotels in Santa Fe are premium-priced.
I am a professional hotelier, owner of a 5-star resort in Asia, Plantation Bay, “a Real Resort with a Real Spa”. For the price charged (nearly $1000), I think the Inn is trading too much on its location.
My room size was about 30 square meters (325 square feet), cramped for 5-star. The bathroom especially was tight, with the toilet jammed between the counter and the shower stall (no tub). The showerhead was a basic plastic device on a hose, and would not point in the direction I wanted.
The windows might be double-glazed but they didn’t keep out street noise from motorcycles late at night. The guestroom door is not soundproof either, and I could hear neighboring doors repeatedly banging throughout the day, as people entered and left.
Front desk staff were efficient but did not exude much warmth.
Staff, service, snacks, food, location and room are all top notch.
Property is a small inn just off the main square so space is limited to add amenities typical of Rosewood properties. However, I still enjoyed my stay and would recommend to others.
Smallish room for the price; gas fireplace not wood burning; location was terrible; Santa Fe itself is an ugly town full of old buildings with absolutely NO charm at all.
Having said that, housekeeping service was exemplary; valet car service was very good though understaffed; and restaurant was decent though we only had drinks there.
Overall, would not stay here again, and will NEVER visit Santa Fe again!
Location. Car service. Fine dining.
