Nicest front desk staff always. Clean comfortable rooms - and quiet .
The pool looked tired and outdated. There was no signage indicating when or if daily maintenance was done. I would rate the pool at a 3 out of five. The tv was not happy in our room.
It was in a good area and the staff was very nice
The beds were terrible we slept horrible! The light coming in the room was a lot and the curtains were no help. There was someone’s dirty clothes in the closet still.

The check in personnel, two lovely young ladies greeted us with smiles on March 11th when I checked in. They asked my name and then on cue, started singing Happy Birthday. It was such a pleasant surprise and they were so lovely. The breakfast attendant, a woman, was so pleasant and accommodating and made our morning just as the two ladies made our evening, the day before. I am a titanium elite customer and have travelled the world and these ladies were top tier. I would recommend the hotel staff to anyone staying. The room was also very clean.
My rating comes from getting no response from the staff when I requested a cancellation of my stay due to my daughter getting the flu before the trip and they did not respond to the cancellation request. Nor did they try to refund any of the stay. I thought it was best we cancel the trip due to illness instead of coming and infecting anyone we came in contact with.
We had a dog friendly room that was great for our overnight stay. Sonya at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was well stocked and had good choices. We would definitely stay here again.
