Location was good, staff was very friendly, but services weren't the best.
Pros:

I thought the location was good for what I was doing.
Staff was. Very friendly and polite.

Cons:

The sink was partially stopped up. I ask that they fix it and the had maintenance person come in , but wasn't fixed and the sink area was left messy. Black chunks of debris and dirty rags.
Did not receive room make over . Stayed two nights.
I will not be staying there again.

Very clean hotel with very friendly staff. Right next to a Sheetz for gas and convenience store needs. Lovely stay! Looking forward to returning

Not Advertised that Pool is Closed for Renovations
Pros:

I chose this hotel specifically for the indoor pool knowing that we would be staying there after a funeral and promised my child we would go swimming. When we arrived I was told it was closed for renovations. There did not appear to be any construction activity, etc. and everywhere you look up this hotel it talks about the indoor pool, with no mention of closure. It was very disappointing. Otherwise the front desk staff was very kind and helpful and room was decent.

Breakfast hostB Bonnie was so kind and helpful. She is joyful. Friendly front desk staff made us feel welcome. Housekeeping found some left behind items and got them to me right away. Nice lobby clean rooms. Fair price convenient location. Beds comfortable.

Hotel for Volleyball Tournament
Pros:

We were in town for volley by the James, and I needed to make sure I had connecting rooms. I called ahead of time and Ms. Erika at the front desk was incredibly helpful. She was at the desk when we checked in too, and just made the experience fantastic.

Rooms were clean, spacious and had a microwave and fridge. Definitely recommend!!
