Great place
Pros:

This hotel was great, free parking place, good location if you need something near the highway, but also that is private and not noisy. We got a room with a king bed and it was very comfy, we were on an east coast car trip and we slept the best in this hotel. It was a good value comparing to others we had on the same trip and those quality were questionable. The staff is super helpful. There are pertol station, grocery store and dining places in walking distance.

Cons:

The breakfast was surprisingly poor. Same for the wifi. I usually miss the water boiler/heater from hotel rooms in the US.

Will return to this hotel again and again.
Pros:

Again, numerous visits to this hotel. As always, a good experience. Sonia (sp?) warmly greeted me from the front desk. As usual, Bonnie was great at breakfast.
I experienced a slight issue in the late evening- unfortunately I do not know the woman’s name, who promptly and warmly assisted me. 👍🏽
I will return to this hotel again.

A suggestion: I wish for a return of the water dispensers in the lobby and at breakfast.

Terrific hotel
Pros:

My mom and I really enjoyed our stay at the Fairfield at Innsbrook. The hotel employees were all very friendly and helpful, the hotel room was clean, the beds comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower great. We got an awesome restaurant recommendation for dinner. We will definitely be back!
