The fact that i was overcharged from what the reservation said and when i sent the invoice in i was told by booking that it was invalid. No worries. I'm gonna just stop using this site and will just use expedia.

I arrived at about 2:30 AM. A OWNER/STAFF MEMBER WOKE UP TO CHECK ME IN. SHE WAS RUDE, GRUMPY, NOT PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH. I GAVE HER MY CCARD. SHE RAN THE CARD, GAVE ME A KEY. AFTER FURTHER VERBAL BACK AND FORTH SHE DECLARED THAT I WAS NOT ALLOWED TO STAY THER. I SAID, GOOD REFUND MY $125. GIVE ME A RECEIPT. SHE SAID IT WOULD TAKE UP TO 48 HOURS. I ASKED FOR A SIGNED NOTE STATING MY REFUND. SHE REFUSED!
NO REFUND, OF COURSE! SHE IS A VINDICTIVE THIEF. I ASSUME MANY OTHER BOOKING.COM CLIENTS HAVE HAD RUDE, BAD EXPERIENCE THERE.
I CALLED TO TELL THE OWNER TO REFUND MY MONEY. HE STATED THAT I WOULD NEED TO DRIVE 300 MILES TO HIS MOTEL AND PRESENT MY PHYSICAL CC AND HE WOULD PROCESS THE REFUND!! THAT'S A LIE, HOWEVER I TOLD HIM TO ZELLE MEOR CASHAPP OR ANY METHOD. HE SAID NO YOU MUST BRING YOUR CARD. HE IS A THEIF.
BOOKING.COM CAN SEE THAT THEY HAVE THE LOWEST OCCUPANCY PERCENTAGE OUT OF OVER MANY IN THE AREA.
WE YELLED AT EACH OTHER. HE THREATENED ME, I TOLD HIM BOOKING.COM, MISSISSIPPI ATTORNEY GEN., AND MY BANK WILL BE NOTIFIED. HE YELLED "GO AHEAD" AND MADE MORE THREATS AS I WAS YELLING BACK AT HIM. I AM WORRIED THAT HE HAS SOME OF MY INFO AND BOOKING.COM GAVE HIM MY EMAIL! HELP!

Everything was fine.

The smell

No face towel in the room and never receive any after request some.. And bed bugs in the room only thing I like was the microwave and heating unit.

Check in time at 2 could not check in until 3. Then the person at the desk could not do the reservation had to go get someone else and never talked to us. Beds are hard as a rock pillows flat. Elevator sounded awful

They didn't take my card only cash. The room was disgusting. There were no pillow cases on the beds. The room looked like it had never been wiped down in a year. We did not stay we did not ask for a refund because we would not have got it anyway. I do not suggest this place at all

Room smelled terrible.made me sick coughing head hurt..Television was YERRIBLE DIDNT WORK.FLOOR WAS DIRTY.BED SPREAD WAS OLD AC DIDNT WORK.IT WAS A TERRIBLE TERRIBLE STAY FOR 2 NIGHTS tryed to change rooms NOOOO they wouldn't ..tryed get one night of my money back another NOOOO..I won't ever stay again won't recommend this place to anyone..I'd reather sleep in my Car.
