Near the highway and easy check in.
The room was very clean and pretty modern.
Nothing horrible
Nothing it was horrible. After driving a 5 Hour Drive there was no power in the hotel. The receptionist could only say oh your reservations was canceled. Nobody contacted you. There was no hotels available for at least 45 minutes away from that area that I needed stay in.

Location
The staff is not friendly they look at the guest as if we in they house and we should hurry up and get out. Some of the older women that works there give racist vibe and it’s sad I had my kids with me
Nothing
The overall experience was terrible. The lights kept turning on automatically even when no one was walking by, which was disturbing throughout the night. People were constantly being loud in the hallways at all hours, making it difficult to sleep.
There were also doors in the hallway that had bags being used to pull them open instead of actual handles, which was ridiculous and looked very poorly maintained.
I emailed management and also spoke with management directly about my concerns. It has been over a month and I still have not received a response or any type of follow-up. The lack of communication made the experience even worse. I would not recommend this hotel.

The property seems old and outdated. The doors had large gaps at bottom, easy for critters to walk in.

Didn’t me ably the dog limit. Didn’t tell me that no dog rooms were available before checking in.
The location
The room was so humid and moist that the bed sheets felt wet and when I called the from desk and asked for a dehumidifier they said they didn’t own one.
