Saturday mid shirt staff no courtesy, no towels no nothing

Cons:

Room had horrible smell like somebody live there in a stench was left in the room toilet dirty my granddaughter got hurt at the pool because other people Kids was running around the pool knocking little kids over to the front desk. She just looked at me and didn’t say a word she didn’t even care.

Only stay for a quick sleep then get out. Comfy pillows dirty pool.

Pillows were comfy
Yogurt and fruit at breakfast

Cons:

Pool was filthy ( main reason for picking this hotel was reviews said pool was nice)
Staff unwelcoming ( scolded me for taking a waffle back to the room for my toddler- who struggles with behaviors ..also had a dog with us we couldn't leave in the room)
Daughter s toy got stolen at the pool
Felt like I was being watched the whole time - almost like a prison. Couldn't wait to get out

I like how the Rooms was next door to Eachother, everything was convenient they provided whatever I requested and the Facility was Clean

Cons:

It was Water problems by the elevator and one Elevator was out of order as well.

The hot tub in the room was barely working...there was no stopper to even plug the hot tub... so it was a waste of money
