do not offer rooms to clients, if something is not working properly in the room. Inspect rooms first

Very good but spoilt by lack of attention to detail.
Pros:

Room comfortable and well equipped. Everything clean and tidy.

Cons:

Breakfast was very limited and poor quality.
TV was very difficult to operate. 2 controller's and no instructions. Had to go to reception to find out how to make it functional.

Pros:

One of the cleanest well kept hotels we've stayed in!! The staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was good and appreciated. Even the parking lot and sidewalks were well maintained. Also the ladies at the desk offered me an umbrella when we woke up to rain 1st morning.

Comfortable but better to stay at a newer hotel.
Pros:

Great ac. I could make the temperature lower than 65 which was great. The bed was very comfy. Love the soft high quality bedding. Love the indoor pool. Breakfast was great. Not very diverse but great. Love having paper plates available for the room.

Love the couch and the size and cleanness of the room.

The staff was over all pleasant just not very accommodating if I needed to leave early.

Cons:

The hot tub was boarded up. The black out shade doesn’t black out. The fridge is cold which is great, but too cold busted my sodas. I couldn’t adjust the fridge. The microwave had a hard to press start button. The carpet felt very old. The maids were very pushy about cleaning the room daily. She would keep knocking on the door very profusely even when I didn’t answer. The front desk even called me after she left and let it ring and ring until I answered. The door was clearly locked. It woke me up. One day the front desk called me and woke me up just to let me know mangers could be out side my window checking on things. It woke me up. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels. Usually when you don’t answer the maids light knock she stops after the first or maybe second knock.
When I talked to the manager about trying to cut my reservation short. She said I got the rate based on the nights I was staying. She was unwilling to pull up when I could leave the hotel early. I wanted to see other accommodations but had to stay. Because I already payed.

Sucks there was no kitchenette.

The TV had no smart features I could not watch my shows from my memberships.

The hotel was very outdated for the price. Comfortable but needs an upgrade. And I am use to not being messed with by house keeping.

Pros:

The front desk staff was very gracious, accommodating, and helpful.

Cons:

Part of the shower plug was already ruined, and maintenance personnel was already gone for the day. We had to transfer to the only available room that left us uncomfortable, and we didn't sleep well.
