I booked a room that has two queen beds and a sofa bed. I showed the check-in person my reservation and the exact room t
Pros:

The breakfast was decent, and it was decorated nicely with Halloween decorations, which my kids appreciated

Cons:

It looked quite rundown from the last time I have seen the property a few years ago. I remember when this property was first built and how nice it looked coming back to actually stay here a few years later now I was really surprised about the wear and tear that you could very visibly see to the building and the property itself.

Great location! Decent breakfast too! Nice family stay.
Pros:

Hospitality was very good! Clean. And convenient location. Good value for money!

Breakfast was good. Coffee very good too. Nice options for families. Glad to have hot & cold cereal, plus eggs and sausages. Waffles were good too! More like brunch.

Cons:

Glass in shower door not completely closable. Slanted fixture. Rolling away. Water everywhere!

Jacuzzi temp limited. Steps too deep. Maybe made for a 6 foot person.
Umbrella shades on Outdoor furniture need upgrading too.
Limited amount of shampoo & conditioner. Had to ask for more.

Great stay
Pros:

The room was spacious with two queens and a sofa bed and had a full kitchen. The TV was an actual smart TV with Netflix (app only) and direct tv on demand which was nice. Staff was friendly.

Cons:

The room had a weird smell. The room wasn’t dirty though. It may have been the AC?

Great value, clean and friendly staff
Pros:

Good location. Beautiful lobby. Quiet. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Bedding was clean. Generous about of towels. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was good. Coffee was amazing. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Overall we had an amazing stay.

Cons:

Headboard had a smear of something thick and clear on it and I didn’t see it until we were cleaning up to check out. Our TV didn’t work and the lady (who was extremely nice) wasn’t able to fix it until the following day. Not a big deal because we were with family most of the time, however we did miss our Spurs in the playoffs. 🥺
