Not the best, not the worst.
Pros:

Comfortable room, good view, convenient location.

Cons:

We had to park on a massive hill street away from the hotel with no safe crossing back to the hotel (have to cross a busy main road). Room was half stocked with normal amenities. Shower had great pressure however changes from lukewarm to scorching hot throughout the shower. Bathroom had a vent but no exhaust fan. Very outdated for an Oaks. Still using single use small plastic tubes for soap, conditioner & shampoo.

everything must be asked and confirmed before your stay, carpark, cot, views
Pros:

Good location and spacious place, nice views of the mountains and lake, we were on ground level so we had easy access to the back to enjoy the view or a little walk at the back.

Cons:

staff weren't helpful, one person at the reception which made every request take so much longer than usual, booked With a baby but there were no cot in the room when we arrived and didn't have parking spot. only beds got made during the days and sometimes there was still rubbish left behind.

loved it and the dinning room views especially when a plane flew passed could have sat there all day
Pros:

good room,small view, the dinning room wow just loved eating there and the view best,the staff were just great friendly and very helpful good ambassadors for your hotel

Cons:

I was an older client so I found the approach down to the reception rather steep as I have a walking disability and I also didnt appreciate how far from town the hotel is but that is the only complaint

Awesome place but bit of a shame of noisy construction
Pros:

How clean and fresh the apartment felt. Super new and tidy. Great views.

Cons:

The construction was a let down....bit noisy and no compensation for that. Didnt use the outdoor space because of the noise.

Hotel is undergoing construction too much noise from early morning no proper housekeeping done everyday we had to call them even fr making bed we stayed in 2bhk for 7days nt even once thy vacuumed or cleaned completely n when ask they to do they said 60$ fr vaccum if u stay more than a week then its free

Apartment and lake view lovely, shame about exterior building work and lack of parking on site.
Pros:

Interior of apartment was clean and as shown in photo minus the fire. Complimentary shuttle bus service to town centre.

Cons:

Was a lot of building work on site opened bedroom curtains to a building site with scaffolding etc and interior carpark. layout of actual property very confusing had to take a lift to car park area walk through there and then another lift and eventually to apartment, no lake access as building work also happening there, no parking on site available so had to park up a hill on the opposite site of a main road, generally driving on to hotel property to drop bags off etc was a nightmare. Think this will be lovely place to stay when all the building work is done.
