Please note that the property is currently refurbishing the interior and exterior of one of their blocks. There may be minor noise disturbances for guests during this time.

A shuttle bus service is available for guests to and from Queenstown. Bookings are essential. Please see reception for operating hours. Subject to availability.

Please note that all rooms receive basic servicing daily, including rubbish removal, replacing tea towels, replenishing tea, coffee, sugar, and milk; replenishing dishwashing powder and laundry powder; making beds with existing linen; replacing towels, bath mat, and hand towel; and replacing of amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, tissues). If you require additional servicing, you can arrange this with the reception desk at an additional cost. Please contact the property for more information, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.

Kindly note that Block 3 and Block 4 are currently under construction. Work will be ongoing until approx. 2026.

The blocks will be white-wrapped with construction work occurring onsite. Construction impact is:

1) Noise from 8:00 to 17:00, usually Monday-Friday.
2) Visual pollution.
3) Pressure on car parking.
4) Reduced driveway access for foot traffic/vehicles with views impacted on arrival at property.
5) Shores F&B is closed, and permanent reception is now relocated to temporary reception in Block 1.

The Gym, Sauna, and BBQ facilities are temporarily closed until further notice.. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

It is a lovely stay with the magnificent view of remarkable to wake up to and the starry night to turn in.

Top location ,sensational views,good rooms , should be even better after the renovations

the rooms were nice,comfortable,well appointed with tremendous views over the lake

Cons:

Due to renovations the car park was a mess , with quite a walk uphill to the reception with frequent lift block outs along with other trade work within the building .

Class, comfort and enjoyment.
Pros:

This was a special end to our holiday in Queenstown. We decided to treat ourselves to something genuinely lovely. It was lovely to get this alternative viewpoint of the lake and mountains, and a fabulous vantage point from both inside and outside the studio. We particularly enjoyed the friendly complimentary shuttles to and from town, which really helped us get to dinner and back without any fuss. A real bonus.

Cons:

Hard to say - We would definitely love to come back and spend more than just one night at this wonderful place.

Fabulous would definitely stay again!

Lovely apartment with a beautiful Jew of the lake.
Very helpful staff nothing was a problem.
The free shuttle bus into Queenstown was much appreciated.

베란다 앞 풍경이 압도적이었고 이용할 수 있는 공간이 넓어서 이용하는데 여유로워서 아주 좋았다.

Cons:

숙박하는 동안 리조트 개선 공사 중이어서 주차가 약간 불편했으나 공사가 끝나면 괜찮을 것으로 보인다.

We had an amazing 4 day stay in Queenstown, top shelf accomodation and the weather gods treated us well

There was nothing I did not like….staff were wonderful….very clean, comfy beds…
The shuttle service to town was amazing.
Even tho the new build was going on it did not effect us a jot.

Brilliant views make the stay even more enjoyable.
Pros:

The hotel is in a fantastic location with beautiful view on The Remarkables over the lake. Our 2 bedroom apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet. A beautiful space to come back to after the day's activities. Demi at Reception was engaging, polite and very helpful.

Cons:

Booking.com booked us in the wrong type of room and we had to relocate after check-in. Not the hotel's fault.
We also felt the current building works should have been mentioned on the booking.com website as a courtesy.
Some more selections at breakfast would be helpful.

Pros:

This hotel is spacious with convenient suttle bus service.The beds are very comfortable, and the living room is large with a view facing Wakatipu. All the utensils, cookware, and facilities provided by the hotel are very new. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay.
Pros:
