Please note that the property is currently refurbishing the interior and exterior of one of their blocks. There may be minor noise disturbances for guests during this time.

Please note that there is a nonrefundable 2% charge when you pay with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or UnionPay credit card.

A shuttle bus service is available for guests to and from Queenstown. Bookings are essential. Please see reception for operating hours. Subject to availability.

Please note that all rooms receive basic servicing daily, including rubbish removal, replacing tea towels, replenishing tea, coffee, sugar, and milk; replenishing dishwashing powder and laundry powder; making beds with existing linen; replacing towels, bath mat, and hand towel; and replacing of amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, tissues). If you require additional servicing, you can arrange this with the reception desk at an additional cost. Please contact the property for more information, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.

Kindly note that Block 3 and Block 4 are currently under construction. Work will be ongoing until approx. 2026.

The blocks will be white-wrapped with construction work occurring onsite. Construction impact is:

1) Noise from 8:00 to 17:00, usually Monday-Friday.
2) Visual pollution.
3) Pressure on car parking.
4) Reduced driveway access for foot traffic/vehicles with views impacted on arrival at property.
5) Shores F&B is closed, and permanent reception is now relocated to temporary reception in Block 1.

The Shores Restaurant & Bar, Gym, Sauna, and BBQ facilities are temporarily closed until further notice. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Our group of seven stayed in an apartment with a fantastic view of Lake Wakatipu. The living room was spacious and bright, and the kitchen was clean and fully equipped, making it a perfect place for friends or family to feel at home.

The view and size of the room spectacular

Cons:

There was working getting done to the property we were not informed of there for the restaurant was closed so couldn’t get dinner unless we caught a bus. The staff were terrible I had no milk in the room for coffee when I rang reception they told me I could pick it up. I had to walk down a long hall way through a car park up a hill to get to front reception.

It was not mentioned on the description.

The receptionist who welcomed us was not smiling.
The way she talked to us was not friendly.

The housekeeper did not clean the bathroom well.

Charged us for a burnt pot, did not give us a chance to clean it first.
When I asked the receptionist to return the pot to us, she did not reply to me anymore.

Better options for the price in Queenstown

The room was tidy

Cons:

We were aware of the construction being carried out but not quite the extent to which this was occurring. The room we stayed in was on the ground floor and was very noisy as we could hear the people from the room next door talking etc through the interconnecting door and also walking down the corridor. When the neighbours closed their door the whole wall and bed would shake. The shower door was damaged and made a terrible noise when closed which after time would make the door shatter and the lift had issues as well with noise and roof panels that were not fitted correctly. Overall I would not stay here again
