A shuttle bus service is available for guests to and from Queenstown. Bookings are essential. Please see reception for operating hours. Subject to availability.
Please note that all rooms receive basic servicing daily, including rubbish removal, replacing tea towels, replenishing tea, coffee, sugar, and milk; replenishing dishwashing powder and laundry powder; making beds with existing linen; replacing towels, bath mat, and hand towel; and replacing of amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, tissues). If you require additional servicing, you can arrange this with the reception desk at an additional cost. Please contact the property for more information, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.
Kindly note that Block 3 and Block 4 are currently under construction. Work will be ongoing until approx. 2026.
The blocks will be white-wrapped with construction work occurring onsite. Construction impact is:
1) Noise from 8:00 to 17:00, usually Monday-Friday.
2) Visual pollution.
3) Pressure on car parking.
4) Reduced driveway access for foot traffic/vehicles with views impacted on arrival at property.
5) Shores F&B is closed, and permanent reception is now relocated to temporary reception in Block 1.
The Gym, Sauna, and BBQ facilities are temporarily closed until further notice.. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The property was recently renovated so everything was well presented, clean and immaculate!

숙박하는 동안 리조트 개선 공사 중이어서 주차가 약간 불편했으나 공사가 끝나면 괜찮을 것으로 보인다.

The hotel is in a fantastic location with beautiful view on The Remarkables over the lake. Our 2 bedroom apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet. A beautiful space to come back to after the day's activities. Demi at Reception was engaging, polite and very helpful.
Booking.com booked us in the wrong type of room and we had to relocate after check-in. Not the hotel's fault.
We also felt the current building works should have been mentioned on the booking.com website as a courtesy.
Some more selections at breakfast would be helpful.
This hotel is spacious with convenient suttle bus service.The beds are very comfortable, and the living room is large with a view facing Wakatipu. All the utensils, cookware, and facilities provided by the hotel are very new. Highly recommended.
Small parking lot that needs skill to park.
View and ambience were great. Complementary shuttle services excellent for getting to and from town. Without service would have been much more challenging to get around.

Breakfast was great and the waitress’ were amazing!!! Even though there is construction, the construction staff were great and friendly too. Quiet place to relax.

Amazing apartment - great location
Shame restaurant want available
Beautiful, spacious, well-equiped 2bed 2 bath. Staying on the top floor, our balcony overlooked the lake with the snow peak mountains at the background. We saw the southern lights on the first night!
The rubbish bin in the kitchen was still full when we checked in :( Phone in room was disconnected so we had to ring the reception on our mobile and waited for more than half an hour to get the phone reconnected and the rubbish bin cleaned. Parking space was very limited space and garage ceilings were dripping.
