Absolutely fantastic hotel, I genuinely couldn’t fault a thing!
The room was spotless and the cleanliness was a 10/10. Everything was perfect from start to finish.
A special mention has to go to Maria from Reception, who was absolutely outstanding. We had an issue with our booking, and she went above and beyond to help us. She did everything she could and managed to get everything sorted for us.
Excellent service, fantastic staff, and a wonderful stay. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The check in was seamless, and was directed to my meeting room. Tatiana then provided a tour of the facilities and explained how the day was going to work. Break outs were well catered for ensuring at points we could energised and regroup. Lunch was provided with a wide variety and cooked to a high standard. Overall visit was brilliant and perfect for meetings.

Location was very good for Warner Bros studios

Really nice hotel with nice staff. Actually really dog friendly rather than just dog tolerating like some hotels. Breakfast was very nice too.

I stayed at the Hilton London-Watford for 36 nights as I moved from the United States to London. I can't say enough good things about the entire stay. Great location, easy drive to shopping or Tube line. The rooms were recently refurbished, very clean. The kitchen (Mohamed B) and buffet staff of Vali, Lloyd, Carol and Jenny were always happy to see me at breakfast with a welcoming smile. The rooms were well cleaned, I can't thank Aurelia enough, as she was always prompt and friendly when cleaning the room. Also, the front desk staff of Maria, Divya and Tallulah were always friendly and more than happy to help with the many questions I had during my stay. I would definitely recommend the hotel to others and would be happy to stay again.

Emplacement, propreté et breakfast

Room on second floor above function room. Party loud base vibrating through floor till midnight. Took half hour to get someone on phone receptionist called operator ands room service. Got through 1145 to be told finishes at midnight. When booked in they should not given us that room knowing the noise level. Unfair. Told by manager am should have asked for different room but we knew of party but did not know our room was above the venue and the music was getting louder. The air con in room was loud enough we turned that off and closed window but still heard the party. Booked hotel to have good night rest complete waisted.

£10 taken of car park I feel was not sufficient enough compensation for the complete inconvenience caused . The sorry you felt that way was not an acceptable response.
They knew a party was in residence why put a family room above it .

My room was very comfortable, check in staff was very affincinate and pleasant. I think it was a bit ridiculous paying £10 to park with your stay which i think for one night was over priced at £200. Breakfast had a good selection but the cooked breakfast ingredients were poor.
