Great staff, good location. Room issues made stay unpleasant.

Good location, well maintained reception. Parking was good. Breakfast was good.

Room was very old fashioned, had room 359 and was very cold when we went in. Light for bathroom only and little lamps.

It was a great location for us to meet up with family. Would recommend.
Pros:

Really enjoyed our stay. The staff were welcoming and friendly and my request for room near the lift was listened to and our room was great.

Cons:

Using a walking stick I struggled with the stairs outside the main doors at reception. This would not stop me staying there again though.
