Great location for the dinner spot we went to

No me ospede el recepcionistas fue muy grosero, nos dijo que nuestra recepción se avía revocado por que tenía que aser check in ala 2:00 am y yo llegue un poco tarde, y quisimos agarrar otra abitacion y dijo que el sistema no lo dejaba entrar, y fuimos al día siguiente y estaba otra persona y muy amable dijo que lo sentía mucho pero que si nos uviera podido ayudar que solo que la persona que estaba en la noche no quiso ayudar
It was quite and plenty of places around to eat
The room I stayed in a piece of the AC unit was broken

Breakfast was very good. Staff was nice and helpful. I was able to park my motorcycle so I could see it from my room.
Was the Architect drunk when they designed the room layout? The bathroom door swings out to block the way to the room's door so the bathroom door must be closed all the time. Strange.
Location
Air conditioning was loud. There are loose tiles in the bathroom. Smelled a little like mold. Wasn’t sure if it was towels or maybe mold under loose tiles. The shower plate was loose so to turn on water you need 2 hands. One to turn handle and one to hold down back plate. Also the door was hard to open cus the carpet stopped it. Really a clean facility with nice employees and good breakfast. Location by the freeway but we didn’t hear any of the traffic.
The staff was great
I took my grandkids to your hotel for the night so they can swim, the pool was not clean water and my grandkids ended up with cut's on their toes, and the bathroom door open out instead of inside so it's hard to try to get to the bathroom door because it's so close to the front door
Centrally located close to I-10 and shopping centers and restaurants, spacious breakfast area, plenty of open parking, early check in and friendly staff.
Rooms and bathroom could smell better
I liked the front desk staff! Very sweet people and accommodating! Made the stay worth while
The room i was originally in smelled of poop( it was coming from the bathroom!) it made the whole room stink! We were then switched and the covers in the new room had a strange smell. The front desk said no problem we will get you new sheets. Housekeeping comes in and is kind of offended we wanted them changed saying it was just cleaned this morning. And we had to explain to her that the front desk said it was ok.

The bathroom smelled constantly and the sink drained slowly what I expected for the money paid. I was given key to another room and it did not work then ended up with this room.
