It was good!
Pros:

I liked the front desk staff! Very sweet people and accommodating! Made the stay worth while

Cons:

The room i was originally in smelled of poop( it was coming from the bathroom!) it made the whole room stink! We were then switched and the covers in the new room had a strange smell. The front desk said no problem we will get you new sheets. Housekeeping comes in and is kind of offended we wanted them changed saying it was just cleaned this morning. And we had to explain to her that the front desk said it was ok.

Cons:

The bathroom smelled constantly and the sink drained slowly what I expected for the money paid. I was given key to another room and it did not work then ended up with this room.

Pros:

This was by far one of the worst stays for me the bathroom in my room had mold on the walls and the rooms are not cleaned up every day this might as well been a motel6 not a Hilton the reps from Hilton need to make a tour and a assessment of the status of the hotel it’s in great need of repair and revamping of the staff

Hotel a 1 ora di auto da Los Angeles.
Pulito, bagno ottimo!
Posizione comoda se non si vuole entrare nel caos di Los Angeles ( come noi che siamo arrivati a tarda sera e volevamo un appoggio per andare a Los Angeles il giorno successivo)

Cons:

Se devo trovare una nota negativa: in bagno c’erano solo 2 asciugamani. Prenotato per 4 adulti per cui dovrebbero stare attenti a questi dettagli, considerando il livello dell’hotel.
Era tarda notte per cui non abbiamo sollevato polemiche.
Ci siamo arrangiati.
