Pleaseant stay

The first room was horrible, dirty, to much dust, “There was droppings from some kind of pest in the TV area. I have to go to back to front desk and ask for another room, the second one was better but the outside area was horrible. The stub water was too hot, I could not control it. It were hard to get a good bath. I just leave the hotel early in the morning.

Lo único bueno de este "hotel" es las empleadas del Front Desk que son bastante amables y el matre era descentemente cómodo. Dejando eso a un lado,,, las facilidades están muy descuidadas. La maquina de hielo no funciona y las habitaciones no tienen nevera, tampoco hay internet ni teléfono en las habitaciones so, si necesitas algo te toca caminar al front desk. Yo reservé una habitación de 2 camas y me dieron una con solo 1 cama, lámparas con telarañas y la habitación con humedad visible. Las habitaciones parece que nunca las han pintado o cambiado los muebles. En fin, esas habitaciones no valen ni la mitad de lo que cuesta la noche.

Don’t recommend this place at all

No tenía nevera en la habitación, no tenía máquina de hielo y el agua se fue. No tenía control el TV de la habitación.

The personnel was great, The Breakfast was great.
The hotel has no signage from the road, it was hard to find. There’s no elevator. The room was hot, the AC was not working properly in some of the rooms as we learned when they were trying to find a room for me.
No safety at all. The rooms still have a regular key to open. It is so old and dilapidated. I did not feel safe to go in the pool. The Ice machine was out of service.
There’s no backup generator in the property; it is mandatory in any hotel in PR.

Good place

Apartado de todo, desolado, sin nada de lo que dice tener. No wifi, no juegos ni billar. Nada de seguridad. Un lugar totalmente abandonado. Toda una decepcion.

Food. Internet Access Terrible.

Me gusto el servicio y el area de la piscina.

No me gusto un problema de aguas negras que tenian en el area del lobby

The facility and the room was neglected.

Needs urgently remodeling and an efficient management!

The property is pretty much abandoned. I think me & my girlfriend were the only people in the hotel. Maybe once it was good but the hotel is not like it is advertised. The door did not have the cover underneath to prevent creatures to go in. Water pressure in the night was terrible, I took a shower with a ice bucket. Pool was out of service.

El olor a humedad en la habitacion era muy fuerte, algo insaluble y mas que estaba con un bebé, ni es lo mismo que ven en las fotos, hice el check out un dia antes , quisiera un reembolso por la noche que no me quede, no se podia dormir en esa habitacion. No lo recomiendo.

The property needs major rehab and how come there was no doorknob just a deadbolt?
