Ni siquiera pude alejarme. Transfirieron mi reserva a otro hotel que no contaba con nada y al solicitar asist3ngiabpara dialogar con un gerente desde domingo 4 logre resolver el martes 6 donde yo fui la que insistió en múltiples llamadas porque ko tenia respuesta de devolución de dinero. Un hotel debe bri dar una jue a atención asi sea vía telefónica donde el cliente si3nta confianza. Uan situación inesperada la puedo comprender pero antes de transferir una estancia se debe consultar con quien pago la estadía.

Cons:

El baño era muy pequeño, el cuarto olía a humedad, los filtros del aire acondicionado estaban bien, bien sucios. En general necesitan remodelar las habitaciones y otras áreas comunes para que se vea todo más limpio.

Cons:

No me gustó ya que el cuarto que me asignaron 310 la plataforma de la cama era full y el mattress queen por lo que mi hijo y yo no podíamos descansar bien. Al sentarnos en la cama el mattress se salía por que no era la plataforma que le correspondía. La habitación tenía mal olor. Por lo que me fui del hotel entregué la llave. Realice una reclamación ya que no dormí en el hotel
