Polecam ! Idealna lokalizacja, super personel !

Pokój z balkonem od podwórka i lokalizacja ( wszędzie blisko : dworzec, sklep po drugiej stronie ulicy, stare miasto, port, komunikacja miejska )

Trato indiferente e instalación ineficientes.
Pros:

Las camas cómodas. Y buen desayuno. No quiero generalizar pero tuvimos una atención regular tirando a mala. Nos dieron una habitación donde la ducha estaba rota y perdimos una mañana para cambiarnos de habitación siendo que tuvimos 2 días y que el ascensor estaba roto. No fueron capaces de poner a disposición a alguien para ayudar. Así como cuando solicitamos cordialmente que nos extendieran el check out 2hs por todos los imprevistos tuvieron el descaro de decirnos que era mucho, que solo 1hs…
Lejos de considerarlo un hotel 4 estrellas…

Perfect location and comfortable rooms
Pros:

We stayed for 4 nights in this nice little downtown hotel. Location was absolutely perfect, near the old town, 5 minute walk to the pedestrian zone, and 10-15 minute walk from the central train station. Our room was very clean, and our bed very comfortable. Loved that there were two pillows and slippers available. The room is equipped with everything you need, and we absolutely loved the breakfast with many different options.

Cons:

Our room was a bit hot, and we were not able to keep our terrace door open for the entire night (as it was very near the ground. It would have been nice to have a tilt option (open on top) on the windows to keep the air flowing during the night. Otherwise, everything was great!

Das Hotel ist wirklich klasse: Der Preis, die Lage, die Sauberkeit, das freundliche Personal, das Frühstück!
Pros:

Das Frühstück war fantastisch! Die Auswahl war sehr reichhaltig, super frisch und lecker. Es gab Eier und Omelette, Wurst und Würstchen, verschiedenen Käse, Oliven, Gemüse, Obst, Cerealien, Joghurt, lokale Focaccia, Brot, Brötchen, alle möglichen Aufstriche, unterschiedliche Croissants und Kuchen. Für jeden was dabei und in top Frische und Qualität. Es wird ständig Nachgefüllt, es fehlt an nichts. Kaffee und andere Getränke sind selbstverständlich auch vorhanden.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, man ist schnell in der Altstadt und auch Shopping ist gleich um die Ecke. Zum Bahnhof sind es 15 Minuten Fußweg. Top!

Direkt auf der Gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite befindet sich ein Coop Supermarkt mit toller lokaler Auswahl, dort kann man zB handgemachte Orechiette kaufen günstiger als anderswo, außerdem haben wir dort an der Frischetheke Schinken gekauft, der war so so köstlich!

Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

Cons:

Zimmer hellhörig - also etwas laut zur Straße hin.
Uns hat das jedoch trotzdem nicht gestört, wir sind todmüde ins Bett gefallen.
Dafür war der Rest am Hotel wirklich klasse: Der Preis, die Lage, die Sauberkeit, das freundliche Personal, das Frühstück!

Somewhat disappointing, but not entirely negative
Pros:

The hotel is acceptable and centrally located, but the issues described below affected the overall experience.

Cons:

The air conditioning was not working and was only repaired after a written complaint was submitted. As a result, we spent two nights with nighttime temperatures of around 28°C.
There was also a constant creaking noise from the bathroom door when used, as well as intermittent gurgling or suction sounds coming from one of the bathroom drains.

La tv non era una smart tv e la stanza dalle foto sembrava più grande, inoltre c'era scritto che la stanza fosse insonorizzata ma si sentiva tutto invece

Pros:

L’accueil et le sourire du personnel, l’emplacement.

Cons:

Hôtel très mal insonorisé, très bruyant tant par le bruit des autres chambres et de la rue. Pas de climatisation, uniquement du chauffage…27 C dans la chambre. Parking payant 30 euros/jour entamé.
