I will be coming back in the future.
Pros:

The staff was awesome. Everyone was very friendly and polite but professional.
The room was clean and comfortable.
For being an older hotel it is well kept and smells great. Good job to all of your staff.

Disappointed with the loss of the restaurant we had previously enjoyed.
Pros:

This was not our first time at the hotel. We like the ambience and the appearance of the hotel.

Cons:

We enjoyed Unos Pizza; however, we were disappointed that the full-service restaurant was closed.

Nice location, cute town.
Pros:

Lovely hotel and location. Short walk to pedestrian area of Winchester.

Cons:

Put a sign up telling people where the ice machine is. I myself, and 3 other people walked around with ice buckets looking and had to go to the lobby to find out it was on the 3rd floor by the 320 rooms. The tv was awkwardly placed in the room.
