This is a nice property. My issue was the lack of accommodations from the staff.

I have a handicap placard which I used during my stay. A guest became irate with me, because I wasn’t in a wheelchair and didn’t “need” to park in the disabled spot. This guest was yelling obscenities, swearing at and flipping off my wife and daughter. When I notified the staff, their response was “call the cops.”

I didn’t know this guest’s name, or which room he was staying in. The staff did, but would not provide this information (understandably), so calling the cops was futile.

When I went out later that night with my family, I returned to find garbage bags full of trash placed in the spot in which I had been parking. Again, I notified the staff, who again told me to call the cops.

Overall, I was disappointed that the staff knew who this guest was, had witnessed part of the scene he was making do to my disability, yet refused to intervene or make it right.
