DO NOT STAY HERE!
Pros:

Nothing. The only positive thing about the hotel is Mr. D. Everyone else was a combination of unhelpful, disrepsectful, and downright incompetent.

Cons:

EVERYTHING! First, no one sits at the front desk. Someone comes out of the back, after you ring the bell, and you can see that they are watching TV. Second, there is NO ELEVATOR. This hotel is more akin to a hostel than a hotel. Seriously, if you are disabled, currently under doctor’s care for any ailment or travel with any luggage, you should stay somewhere else. The rooms are decent, but the air conditioner doesn't work. When I asked why the room was so hot, they responded “because it is summertime." They constantly have trash in the hallways and act like they are so inconvenienced by the slightest request. If you want to check in early, it is $50 extra. If you want to check out later, it is $50. In short, this is the WORST "hotel” I have ever stayed in and would never go back even if someone paid me.

I would not recommend this hotel.
Pros:

The room was clean.

Cons:

Location was too far from I75. Breakfast selection was poor. I had coffee and a blueberry muffin (which was so dry).

Pros:

Everything has no issues at all; this is why I only stay here when I am in town.

Cons:

I wish they had an elevator. At 50 stairs are not kind to my back and knees, especially when I have my suitcase and laptop to carry upstairs.

A nice stay at a reasonable price, I will definitely stay again.
Pros:

The hotel is exceptionally well maintained. My room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The hotel did not have an elevator, so I had to walk up the stairs to reach the second floor with my luggage. If you have any disabilities, I recommend requesting a room on the first floor. The lady who checked us in was very nice.

I’m glad I only needed that room for one night
Pros:

That it was close to a lot of restaurants and grocery stores

Cons:

That’s it’s only two floors no elevator the water goes out slow in the sink and tub and it wasn’t any hot water when taking a shower but the water was hot for the sink
