Comfortable Stay
Pros:

I stayed at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Hagerstown for a week while attending the Maryland International Film Festival. The room was comfortable, breakfast was excellent, and the staff were friendly and professional. Coming from a small European country, the size of the shopping malls and parking left me speechless! Highly recommended. I also won 3rd place for Best International Film at the festival.

The cost for the room was excessive give the outcome of the stay. Would not book again.
Pros:

The location was convenient, and the employees were very friendly and welcoming. The only positive aspect of the hotel itself was that the room included a microwave and refrigerator, which made purchasing outside food worthwhile.

Cons:

I selected this hotel because of its proximity to the business convention I was attending. I was also drawn in by the advertised heated pool, breakfast, and appealing photos online. Unfortunately, my experience did not match those expectations.

To start, the pool was very small and not heated. While the pool area itself was warm, the water was extremely cold. Given the limited space, I expected some level of monitoring, but that was not the case. A large family occupied the entire pool area with beach balls, floats, pool noodles, and numerous alcoholic beverages, making it impossible to relax or enjoy the main amenity that influenced my booking. The pool was also not clean, maybe due to the use of the family.

The room itself had a strong smell of stale pool water. There was hair in the shower and noticeable dust on the nightstand and around the refrigerator area. Thankfully, I travel with cleaning products for situations like this.

The bed was average but very springy, and the pillows were small and flat, making it uncomfortable. Additionally, the recliner chair was damp, so it could not be used.

Due to the excessive noise and very thin walls, I was unable to sleep. I ultimately decided to leave around 11:00 PM the same night I checked in. Despite the 2.5-hour drive home, it was well worth it compared to staying the night

Only thing we were told the would have coffee down stairs for 24 hours went down about 9 pm and there wasn’t any. Just minor

Pros:

The breakfast was good and had a variety of options, but there needs to be more utensils to get your food. I watched several people use their hands to get bread/bagels. Just a suggestion put sanitizer on the stations next to the food. Overall everything was good and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
