The staff were courteous and helpful.
The room was clean.

Cons:

We were on a busy road and given a room with a lot of traffic noise.
The pool water was green instead of blue and seemed like the chemicals were off.
We had 2 maintenance issues with our room that were addressed but needed further work.

Cons:

The place was old and in very poor shape. The lock on door was missing screws and hanging side ways. The cable was out, the bed was very lumpy. For the price I expected better. Won’t me staying there again.

Pool smelled clean

Cons:

The hotel smelled awful front the entry way all the way to the room. The exit door on the back and side didn’t lock so anyone could have snuck in. The pool was decent but the are around it was dirty. The showers did not have shampoo or conditioner, we didn’t even attempt to eat breakfast because the environment already seemed so dirty and run down. Even the grass out side was dead.

Cons:

We we're awoken several hours after being asleep and told our toilet was leaking and coming through the ceiling of the common restroom on the 1st floor. We were asked to move rooms. The following day, our companion was unable to access her room due to a malfunctioning card reader. Instead of correcting the issue with the card reader, she was ultimately given a master room key that would open every guest room on the property. Several light bulbs were burned out in both rooms and the water smelled so badly that we had to use bottled water to brush our teeth.
