Pros:

The desk clerk Monica was awesome

Cons:

Our shade in the room was broke . So we could not raise it . Then at breakfast the fan above us dripped water to the table and once into my orange juice. We told the staff .

Overall, a good stay.
Pros:

The bathtub was nice with the spa jets. The front desk, restaurant and housekeeping staff were all very pleasant and friendly. We really appreciated that.

Awesome Hotel, Internet isn't gaming console friendly though.
Pros:

Luxurious showers, instant hot water, the amenities in the rooms, and the toiletries in the rooms are definitely high quality. A great breakfast with a lot of options and is honestly fairly cheap. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. The rooms are sound proof as not to disturb other guests and pretty spacious.

Cons:

(It may seem petty, as this was one of the best hotels we've ever stated at, but- I was unable to connect my PS5 to the internet and it kept disconnecting from my phone, despite paying for premium access. The desk lamp in my room didn't work and I felt the lighting was a little inadequate in the room.

The staff was great and friendly and it was clean

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was with the suite with departed sitting room was that the bedroom didn’t have a door to be able to close and have privacy

Air was not working in the pool area so it was 150* in the pool area . Which caused my son to get sick from the heat.

Pros:

Comfortable beds, quiet rooms, Comfortable pillows, an exceptional breakfast, and a good location.
