Śniadania doskonałe. Bardzo czysto. Znakomity personel, bardzo uprzejmy, kompetentny i pomocny.

Wszystko mi się podobało. Może warto pomyśleć o sprzedaży na recepcji parasoli i płaszczy przeciwdeszczowych z logo hotelu? Są bardzo przydatne w deszczowe dni i będą miłym przypomnieniem o pobycie w hotelu.

L'accoglienza, la gentilezza, la pulizia. Letto comodissimo. Il tavolo della colazione impressionante dalla varietà di cibo a disposizione.

Forse un pochino fuorimano per le mie esigenze. E sembrerà strano, ma c'era così tanta scelta nella colazione, che frastornata alla fine ho preso solo cappuccino e pasta.

Älteres Hotel aber in einem insgesamt gutem Zustand.
Das Schokoladen Thema wird sehr gut umgesetzt und gelebt.
Das Frühstück ist für alle Schokoladenfans und Naschkatzen ein Traum. Aber auch die anderen werden nicht vergessen.
Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel.

Ottima la posizione, difronte l' albergo passa il pullman che ti porta direttamente al centro storico di Perugia, e poi ovviamente la colazione super golosa. Personale gentilissimo.

L' unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta, ho prenotato 2 camere, una aveva tutti gli arredi inerenti la cioccolata e l' ho lasciata ai ragazzi la mia era una comune camera d albergo

Avevo grandi aspettative, ma purtroppo la realtà si è rivelata un po’ deludente.

La colazione è stata complessivamente molto buona e ben organizzata. Tuttavia, dopo alcuni giorni, abbiamo riscontrato una certa ripetitività nell’offerta di prodotti dolci e Il buffet salato, invece, non ci ha particolarmente soddisfatti, sia per la qualità sia per la varietà delle proposte.

Cons:

Al nostro arrivo abbiamo riscontrato un problema con la doccia, ma il personale della reception è stato molto disponibile e tempestivo, provvedendo a cambiarci la camera.
Abbiamo invece riscontrato alcune criticità nell’area piscina: gli ombrelloni sono pochi e, se non si arriva presto, è difficile trovare un posto all’ombra. La principale delusione è stata però la profondità della piscina, estremamente bassa e tale da permettere di fare il bagno praticamente solo in ginocchio. Considerando che avevamo scelto la struttura soprattutto per la piscina, riteniamo che questa caratteristica avrebbe dovuto essere chiaramente indicata sul sito dell’hotel prima della prenotazione. La foto sotto è di mio figlio che ha 13 anni in piedi dentro la piscina.

Great place, a bit of a hike to central storico

Great buffet, very family friendly hotel...like a chocolate lovers "Disney"

Cons:

Location is far from Perugia's central storico area, must take bus or walk to the train station, then take the mini metro up to the main city. Side note, the bed mattresses are super hard!!!
