Chocohotel bellissima esperienza
Pros:

L'isola dei golosi è davvero un'esperienza, camera molto carina e pulitissima. Eravamo li per Umbria Jazz e con 12/14 € di Taxi in 5 minuti si arriva all'Arena Santa Giuliana e poi essendo tutta discesa si torna a piedi, peccato che domenica fosse chiuso il ristorante

Die Unterkunft ist mit dem Auto gut erreichbar, die Altstadt ist einen halbstündige, steile Wanderung entfernt. Es gibt eine Tankstelle direkt gegenüber.

Cons:

Ich kann dieses Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen. Große Teile der beworbenen Ausstattung waren nicht nutzbar: Der Pool war geschlossen und auch die Rooftop-Bar hatte – wie offenbar so oft – wieder einmal zu.
Kinder lassen sich durch das üppige Frühstücksangebot mit vielen Schokovarianten noch beeindrucken. Schaut man jedoch genauer hin, lässt die Qualität stark zu wünschen übrig – manche Backwaren waren leider zäh.
Besonders ärgerlich war die Abrechnung der Kurtaxe, bei der wir uns betrogen fühlen. Eine Erhöhung durch die Stadt wurde vorgegaukelt, was definitiv nicht korrekt ist. Das Personal zeigte sich hierbei uneinsichtig. Ohnehin war die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter extrem durchwachsen und unbeständig – von hilfsbereit bis sehr unfreundlich war alles dabei. Für das Geld haben wir deutlich mehr Professionalität erwartet. Hier buchen wir nicht noch einmal.

Also, erstmal hat das Choco-Hotel einen super Namen. Dann haben sie vielleicht die nettesten Menschen in ganz Umbrien angestellt. Zuletzt gab’s Schokolade in Hülle und Fülle. Wir waren in voller Vorfreude und das Choco-Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen noch übertroffen. Bravo!

Lovely stay
Pros:

The hotel has a concept that my husband finds a bit old-fashioned, but I personally really love it. Having both indoor and outdoor parking is a great advantage, especially if you are travelling by car. Considering its location, I think renting a car in Perugia is a very good option. The breakfast options are endless. The dedicated gluten-free corner is also a great privilege and a thoughtful detail. The cleanliness is outstanding. In my opinion, the room cleaning service was beyond excellent.
Although the pool is shallow, I still found it enjoyable and fun.
