Great breakfast buffet, matched expectations. Staff were friendly and space was clean. Pool and garden were very nice.
We seemed to have issues with AC, but given lateness did not address until AM with staff.
Beds were a little too firm for my personal preference.

Lovely helpful staff at check in and at the awesome breakfast buffet.
We found the room comfortable, with great air conditioning. Transport into the old town was easy since the bus stop is right across the road, and some nights we walked back.
We bought the ten ride bus tickets at the train station on our arrival and this made things easy for us.
The breakfast buffet drew us to Perugia and it was lovrey, especially the hot chocolate, but the town is just beautiful. We visited the chocolate museum in the town square and loved it, including the opportunity to make our own chocolate bar which we took home.
Nothing, the room was clean and comfortable and the staff friendly.

I would like to see the bedsheets and pillow sheets to be changed after 2 days as it is hot weather during my stay. we checked in on Sunday till Thursday , those sheets are not changed. Further is the services good, staff very attended to our needs and question. helpful and friendly.
The location is a bit far to walk to the centrum. of course, taxi is good to arrange by the reception.

早餐在精緻麵包及甜點特別豐盛, 員工還會主動提供熱巧克力, 水果及果汁也很好, 但熱食偏少;
如果想搭火車到其他大城市的話, 地點離車站不遠, 相當方便.
我自覺得連義大利人都喜歡住這裡, 所以應該是很適合商務居住的地點.
我的房間居然有兩次莫名其妙地跳電, 第一次還是半夜醒來發現的, 本來還以為是發生火警或其他事故, 後來出去走廊看一下才知道房間跳電, 結果當時在櫃台值班的先生居然不太會講英文, 跟他電話解釋半天他沒聽懂(no electricity 也不懂); 不過至少馬上到我房間處理了. 所以員工部份沒有給滿意的評價. 還有早餐7:00才開始, 結果都是7:05才開門, 所以服務沒給滿意..
Per chi ama il cioccolato, questo è sicuramente il posto ideale. Tutto è a tema cioccolato e l'atmosfera è davvero particolare. La camera era molto pulita e ordinata, mentre la location è senza dubbio suggestiva e originale. La colazione è sicuramente il punto di forza dell'hotel. L'offerta è abbondante e caratterizzata da un'ottima varietà di prodotti. Sono presenti anche alcuni prodotti più commerciali e "classici", ma le proposte più ricercate e meno commerciali sono risultate decisamente sopra la media per qualità e gusto.
La zona in cui si trova l'hotel non è particolarmente piacevole: è situato lungo una strada molto trafficata, di fronte a due distributori di carburante. Inoltre, per visitare i dintorni o raggiungere punti di interesse è praticamente necessario disporre di un mezzo di trasporto. I servizi dell'hotel sono accessibili anche a clienti esterni non soggiornanti. Purtroppo, durante il nostro soggiorno abbiamo avuto l'impressione che gli ospiti dell'hotel ricevessero meno attenzione rispetto alla clientela esterna. Il personale della reception si è dimostrato cortese e disponibile nei modi, ma non ci sono state fornite particolari informazioni o comunicazioni utili durante tutto il soggiorno. Inoltre, non ci è stato possibile usufruire del servizio in camera poiché, come ci è stato riferito, il ristorante era al completo e la cucina era impegnata per un evento esterno organizzato presso la struttura.
