Pros:

El desayuno es muy rico, y como lo tomamos temprano, pues aún más, pues estaba recién elaborado.
La atención del personal es excelente, realizamos una petición directo en el establecimiento y nos atendieron super bien y resolvieron en muy poco tiempo

Cons:

El único detalle es que la puerta del baño de una de las habitaciones estaba caída y pues batallábamos para cerrarla, así que creo que solucionando ese desperfecto, todo iría muy bien

Hay mucho ruido, el último día se hospedaron bastantes estudiantes y que hacían mucho ruido toda la noche y día no pudimos descansar bien, la regadera estaba como tapada no salía ven el agua, la cama muy ruidosa la base de madera se movía mucho y hacía ruido, el desayuno pues bien el viernes no dejan agarrar del bufete porque tiene costo y los meseros traen a tu mesa el desayuno americano pero se tardaron bastante hasta para la segunda taza de café que nunca trajeron ... no me gustó a pesar de los comentarios anteriores en los que me base ,,, no regresaría hospedarme .

Will definitely be staying here again when I’m in Durango highly recommend

Rooms were cleaned daily all the staff was super nice and accommodating . The hotel is located in a safe area walking distance from food and shops .
