Great resort. Will comeback for sure.
Pros:

Had an amazing stay at the Pacific Club Resort! They truly have everything you need to unwind, from the jacuzzi and rooftop pool to the sauna and massage services, plus a fantastic selection of food. While there isn't a ton to do around Phuket, just relaxing at this resort makes the whole trip completely worth it. A special thanks to Mr. Sun, who is always checking in to ensure everything is perfect and that every guest is comfortable!

Большой просторный номер. Уютная обстановка в гостинице. Вкусные завтраки. Приятный персонал. Очень достойный ресторан, с нормальными ценами. Услуги прачечной по очень бюджетной цене. Шикарный бассейн на крыше.

We are very happy with the hotel.
Pros:

It is a great hotel, the staff are super friendly and always helpful. It included a wonderful breakfast everyday. The on-site restaurant, Saneha, serves excellent food. We tried a number of restaurants eventually settling on 3, Saneha being one of them. The rooms were serviced daily. We will come back here.

Lovely boutique hotel, close to everything and a fabulous rooftop pool
Pros:

Beautiful boutique hotel, with super friendly staff. Amazing rooftop infinity pool. Close to everything, but away from the noise. Lovely restaurant just down the hill with live music.
Really lovely breakfast too.
Reception organised a scooter for us to get around easily. Would stay again,

Cons:

The hill walk up to the hotel is a bit rough in the heat. Hire a scooter if you’re a licensed driver

Wonderful experience despite the rainy days
Pros:

The manager mr sun was wonderful checking in with residents everyday and genuinely caring about everyone and their stays.

The other staff were clearly led by his example as they were also wonderful.

Room was large, always clean, always stocked with water and coffee/tea making goods.

Breakfast had a good variety, if you stay in the hotel for dinner there are plenty of variety and it was lovely.

Roof top pool was lovely and great views.

Laundry service available was a good price and efficient.

Room service was brilliant.

Wonderful stay, everyone helpful and could not be more helpful. Thank you all xx

Good value resort
Pros:

Tucked away in a convenient location away from the noise of the road and market by Karon beach. Pacific club resort is an excellent value hotel with clean facilities, good sized rooms, and amenities beyond its price such as a Spa (sister business within the building), rooftop pool, and sauna.
Service was great - my room was ready early so I could check in early and all the facilities were explained to me.
Patong beach was a 10-15 minute grab ride away, and Karon beach a 10 minute walk.

Only issue was the walls/doors are thin so I could hear people showering and unfortunately another guest screaming on the phone at 4am.

We took the 2 bedroom suite (Very clean, spacious with a small kitchen as well). Travelling with kids with this setup was the best. Location is good, but a 800 metre walk to the beach, which is a little tricky with children. Never the less, it is away from the main road, which makes it quiet and peaceful. Brilliant in-house restaurant and other nice restaurants within walking distance. Roof top pool has a brilliant view of the sea and is open 24-7.
Service was really really nice - from the restaurant staff to the reception and even the housekeeping staff. EVERY staff member we came across there was so loving, warm and hospitable.
Having stayed in Phuket for 3 weeks, this was the most value for money place I stayed at.

Pros:

Very clean, Sun was such an Amazing person he checked in on us every morning he made this stay so welcoming. It was my friend birthday & he had a birthday cake for her & surprised her with it. The breakfast was amazing, staff was an amazing. He gave us information on the culture, taught us a couple words & always made sure we were comfy & made us feel very welcomed. He also told us once we made it home to email him that we made it safe. So sweet we be returning this time we’re bringing the kids. Khob Khun Sun.
