We had an absolutely amazing stay at Pacific Club Resort and can highly recommend it to anyone visiting Karon Beach.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the wonderful staff, and the level of service throughout our stay was truly exceptional. A special thank you to Sun the manager, who made our experience even more memorable with such professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for the guests. It is rare to find such personal and attentive hospitality.

The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained, with a lovely balcony and fantastic views. The rooftop pool was one of the highlights of our stay — peaceful, clean, and offering breathtaking views, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from Karon Beach, restaurants, and shops, while still offering a calm and relaxing atmosphere away from the busy areas.

Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of fresh options, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt warm, welcoming, and exclusive.

Thank you again to Sun and the entire team for making our stay so special. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Thailand.

Great hotel! Quiet, spacious rooms, great amenities(roof pool, jacuzi, sauna), greatttt service and one amazing owner,the unforgettable mr. Sun, the nicest person we've met in Thiland! Only thing is that it is not in center of things,you need to walk 10 minutes to get to spa, restaurants, beach.

We loved everything about our stay here:
We were welcomed with a nice smile and a cold drink.
Our room was large, more like an apartment with a kitchenette, seating area and balcony.
The room was very clean and the bed exceptionally comfortable.
Breakfast was delightful, great coffee, cereals, fruit, yoghurt, toast, some hot dishes and eggs made to order.
All staff were friendly and helpful at all times, it feels like a small family run hotel.
The pool was superb - sparkling clean, refreshing and with great views both of the mountains and out to sea.
The massages in the inhouse spa were simply the best - we had three each and they were all fantastic and the price was the same as outside places.
The location is good, away from noise and traffic; the walk back from the beach only takes a few minutes and it's just the last 100 metres or so that are uphill - well worth it for the views from the pool area!
We highly recommend this resort/hotel and would happily stay here again in the future,

This hotel is excellent! The rooms are big and beautiful, and the service and staff are excellent! I worked with the staff and they went above and beyond to handle my request! They let me leave one day early when i told them about my situation. The food is also world class. Very nice and clean. Gym is basic but has all the machines you need

Spacious villas with all amenities for our family. The rooftop pool was amazing, the view spectacular. The breakfast was varied and enough.

Absolutely helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast that you can have in the lovely garden.
The pool on the top is perfect for relaxing.

📍 Currently Staying – First Impressions (So Far: 15/10)
I am currently staying at Pacific Club Resort with my best friend after flying in from Bangkok, and it has already been one of the highlights of our trip.
🚐 Arrival & Transfer
We arrived around 9:30 PM and arranged a shuttle through the hotel, which was absolutely worth it. The drive is just over an hour, and the vehicle was so comfortable we were actually able to nap on the way—exactly what you want after a long travel day.
🍍 Welcome & Check-In
From the moment we arrived, the service stood out. We were welcomed with fresh pineapple juice and chilled face cloths, which felt incredible in the Phuket heat. We were also graciously upgraded to a beautiful ocean-view room.
Check-in was seamless, and the receptionist was genuinely warm and spoke excellent English, making everything feel easy and taken care of.
🌿 Atmosphere & First Impressions
After a short tour of the property, we were taken to our room, and the entire atmosphere immediately felt calm and elevated. The resort is peaceful, lush, and tucked away—such a perfect contrast to the hustle and bustle of Bangkok.
🍽️ Room Service
We ordered room service on our first night, and it exceeded expectations—fresh, flavorful, and genuinely restaurant-quality.
⭐ Service (Special Mention)
Louis at reception deserves a special mention. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful while assisting us with our tour the next morning. It’s those small, genuine interactions that really elevate a stay.
💭 Overall (So Far)
I know this review is a little early since we’re here for a full week, but first impressions are easily a 15/10. The resort has a calm, refined energy that makes it incredibly easy to unwind.
I’ll absolutely be updating this review with more details on the spa and amenities as we experience them—but so far, this has been exactly the kind of serene, elevated escape we were hoping for.

Rooms were very clean. Staff were friendly and would help in any way possible. They would recommend tours/transfers and then book them. Food was great in the restaurant and the roof top pool is a good place to go at the end of the day with drinks and food available. The hotel is off the main road a couple of blocks which makes it very quiet but yet close enough to walk to the beach or shops. Or take a Tuk Tuk from the door, staff will arrange it. Enjoy a massage in the spa as well. Excellent place to stay for your visit.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Pacific Club Resort and had a wonderful time celebrating our third wedding anniversary. The environment was beautiful, and the service from you and the entire team was exceptional. Everyone was so kind and attentive throughout our stay, and we felt truly well taken care of.

L’hôtel n’est pas au bord de la mer, il est très calme pour se reposer et vraiment dans la nature
La piscine est très agréable et en hauteur pour avoir une vue aussi bien sur la mer que sur la montagne

The hotel was generally quiet and the rooms were comfortably furnished to a high standard.
Sun, the owner, treated us as family and made sure we had everything we needed.

Мы провели прекрасных, не забываемых две недели в этом отеле. Чисто, уютно, красивая территория, много зелени, просторные номера. Очень вежливое и внимательное обслуживание со стороны персонала, отдельное спасибо управляющему отелем Sun. Он всегда при встрече, уделял внимание и заботу. Бассейн на крыше, это просто нечто, с которого открывается прекрасный вид на океан. В отеле есть ресторан, в котором можно вкусно пообедать и поужинать, по достаточно приемлемым ценам.

Abbiamo prenotato questa struttura per 4 notti a causa della cancellazione del nostro causa guerra. La scelta della struttura è stata fatta senza pensarci tanto e all'ultimo momento. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi dalla gentilezza dello staff, dall'upgrade gratuito della camera e dall'ottimo ristorante. La spiaggia dista appena 10-15 minuti dalla struttura ma c'e' un servizio navetta a disposizione degli ospiti. Il top è la piscina e solarium sul tetto della struttura. Quello che non dimenticherò mai è la cortesia e la presenza costante del titolare della struttura. Ogni giorno era presente e verificava di persona che tutto fosse di nostro gradimento. Ci ha regalato un soggiorno 'forzato' indimenticabile. Nei giorni precedenti abbiamo soggiornato in strutture piu' costose e con più stelle ma questo hotel lo raccomando tanto e non lo dimenticherò mai.
