- Breakfast was good for a small place like that. At least for a week we were trying something new.
- Swimming pool is fantastic. Long enough to make few laps. It has in water sitting spots where companies can enjoy time without interfering with others. A bit chill in a morning and getting warm by evening. It is open in a night and has a special atmosphere. Something to experience.
- On site massage salon is a huge convenience.
- Lobby is not air conditioned but they had natural air flow making it ok/good to be there during the day.
Walking to a beach is a bit chaotic. Phuket is not very pedestrian friendly. But that is an issue for all hotels there….
Everything! The staff, the rooftop pool, the room, the food - everything was excellent. Had couples massage in hotel spa and was so good we booked another one 2 days later. All the staff were lovely and so helpful. Restaurant had large menu and food was excellent. Would recommend without hesitation
Having to leave at end of our holiday :)
For people with mobiĺity issues the last part of walk to hotel from Karon beach is sharp incline for very short distance. But if mobility is an issue there is tut tut's which are readily available for small price so that should not put people off this wonderful hotel
Absolutely such lovely helpful caring staff . Affordable but 5 star accommodation rooms spacious and clean . Spa areas restaurant pool areas so clean . Staff go above and beyond to make your stay more special . Local to all amenities. Sun and his team are the best .
We stayed at pacific club resort for 7 nights, if I could give this place 100 stars I would. Very friendly, helpful staff. Beautifully presented, very clean rooms and communal areas. Roof top pool with spectacular views. Uncle Sun the manger very accommodating friendly and helpful. Truly a home away from home.

We like the design, the common area and the restaurant area. Very beautiful. You can even have your breakfast overlooking the jungle. It is 15 min walk to the beach. Food was good and breakfast was diverse.
The bathroom was a bit narrow and after shower you need to reach the towel on the other side of the bathroom which will make all the floor wet, but it's not a deal breaker as it's part of the design.
LA piscine sur le toit est géniale, la vue de nuit est superbe. Le personnel est au petit soin, merci à Mr SUN qui s'occuper parfaitement de ses clients.

It was far away from the noise and the crowds that made our stay that much more enjoyable, very hospitable staff that went above and beyond! Sun, the manager, was exceptional with a very kind demeanour about him! Very refreshing! It was all about making the hotel our second home and to feel comfortable with everything!

Tout etait parfait
Чудесный тихий отель, в номере очень грамотно создана подсветка, есть посуда, большой холодильник, микроволновка. Очень удобная кровать, в том числе для ребёнка. Вечером так приятно плавать под звёздами в теплом бассейне, посидеть в джакузи и аромопарной. Персонал очень отзывчивый, нужно было оставить багаж на день - без проблем. Оплату можно произвести в течение проживания. т.е. спокойно поменять деньги и рассчитаться. При раннем выезде на экскурсию собрали завтрак с собой.
Из минусов могу отметить удаленность и крутой подъём, вернее даже малое количество трансферов до моря и обратно. А прогуляться мимо банановой рощи, магазинчиков и кафе очень даже приятно.

חוסר מזגנים בשתחים ציבוריים של המלון כמו לובי, מסעדה ואחרים .
L'hôtel est tout simplement exceptionnel... tout comme le personnel et Mr Sun qui ne veulent que votre confort.

My girls and had a great time in Phuket, staying 4 nights at the Pacific Club Resort. I booked a 2 bedroom with 2 bath so we can spread out and have our own space.Appreciated the bottles of water that was replenished every day. Staff was always friendly and welcoming. The hotel manager Sun was always there at breakfast welcoming guests and making sure everyone was happy with their stay. The spa was convenient, priced nicely with a great staff. I highly recommend the massage. Food was delicious and reasonably priced too. You order online and let them know where you want it delivered like to the pool or your room.
We loved our stay here the Hotel is lovely & staff helpful & friendly. Facilities are excellent for such a small hotel.
Mr Sun greeted us every morning at breakfast with a smile & a chat asking if there was anything we needed. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of foods. Dining in the hotel was very good excellent food & presentation.
The roof top pool is a great facility & we loved watching the sunsets.
Mr Sun & Andrew provided a great shuttle service to the beach on request. Andrew always welcomed us back in to the hotel at night. We enjoyed the massages in the hotel & ambience was very relaxing. We will definitely be returning. Thank you so much x
