Pacific Club Resort

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and modern. The location is excellent for people who prefer a quiet environment, and the area is peaceful at night. Breakfast was very good. The hotel also has a restaurant offering a good variety of food at very competitive prices. I should also mention the nice rooftop pool, which offers a great view.

I could not have wished for a better place to stay for the 10 days I was in Karon Beach. From the manager Sun to the hotel and restaurant staff - everyone went out of their way to make me feel 'at home'. Sun makes time to have a chat with everyone each day to ensure there is nothing they need and his door is always open. My room on the third floor was spacious and quiet with a lovely view from the balcony and my room attendant War kept it in perfect order. If I needed to know anything the staff on Reception were always there to help - thanks Mai for all your help and advice. The rooftop pool is also a great place to relax with amazing views - don't miss the sunset from up there. I found the hotel to be great value and the amenities for the price exceeded expectations. I have already booked to return next year.

Our experience at Pacific Club Resort was wonderful. The staff couldn’t do enough for you and made us feel at home. Sun was always there to greet you at breakfast and make sure you were happy and enjoying yourself. The staff became like family which made for the best holiday we could ask. We just loved our accommodation which felt like a little home away from home.

The Pacific Club Resort hotel has everything you could wish for from a hotel. The on-site Saneha Restaurant has a very extensive Thai and International menu and the quality is excellent. I had a package which included breakfast and there was a good selection including eggs cooked fresh for you and lovely bakery items. I booked a Deluxe Ocean View Room which was spacious and clean with a nice balcony. The pool area was lovely although shade was hard to find at certain times of the day in late July when it was very hot. It is also close to shops, Seven Eleven stores and other restaurants. Sun, the Manager is always available to everyone and cannot do enough to help people to have a wonderful holiday. The hotel staff are all amazing and friendly.

I'm not sure i can find the right words with how incredible our stay was at Pacific Club Resort. We had a large family group of 14 staying for 10days and the manager Sun was absolutely so caring and made sure our stay was so comfortable, he certainly make us all feel like Pacific Club was our home away from home. Our boys sometimes tested us up in the sky pool, jumping in from the side, while we were always supervising and straight onto it Sun didnt make us feel bad in anyway, in a very calm manner like we did he told the boys it was unsafe, I appreciate that alot, we are all doing our best ! The sky pool was a gorgeous view, the 2bed family room was so spacious for my family of 5 and really felt like home, such comfy beds. Such reasonable price too. Food was great and staff were so friendly and more than happy to help, we seemed to see more of Rudy (The Brave Wolf), what a pleasant and very kind young man he is with a fascinating life story, infact most of the staff all had fascinating stories. Sun was sad when he found out my father got ill and had to take a trip to hospital, he said we should have got hold of him so he could take driven him to hospital but he made sure he didnt have to walk after that and drove him where possible we are so grateful. Only a short 5-10min walk to Karon 7/11. We certainly will be back to our home away from home !! Thank you Sun and staff for a fabulous and unforgettable stay.

We had a beautiful holiday at Pacific Club Resort in Karon. It is a well maintained resort and was always immaculately clean. The in house breakfast was fantastic & provided lots of choices. Our room was functional and our bed super comfy. Mr Sun & his staff were welcoming & attentive. Karon was a lovely, quiet alternative to busy, bustling Patong, which was only 15 mins drive by Grab (app). Thank you so much Mr Sun.

Overall beautiful experience! Uncle Sun and the staff were very attentive in ensuring the best possible experience. Breakfast along with the restaurant had a great selection.

Only reason for the 4 is due to the slightly stained sheets upon arrival and a floor which was in need of a mop. Otherwise very beautiful and for the most part clean!

Two couples, two rooms. From check in to beyond check out the staff and manager Mr Sun, were exemplary, brilliant.

The rooms we had on the 2nd and 3rd floors were spacious, with quirky style, spotlessly clean. Everything worked. A bonus was a full size fridge/freezer, a microwave and a kitchen sink. Both rooms had balconies.

Breakfast was plentiful and catered for a diverse clientelle. No complaints. We had one evening meal here - three delicious Thai meals and one fish and chips meal - that one needs a little bit of work to get that right! 😀 Easy, it'll happen.

A rooftop swimming pool, a gym, sauna, jacuzzi and table tennis are all provided. All in great condition.

The real stand out here, above all else, is the staff under the direction of the manager, Mr Sun. This place has blossomed since we were last here, quite a few years ago All staff were helpful, congenial and caring.

We four have cause to be extremely thankful to the staff and Mr Sun. When booking our accommodation for this break, we were unable to get the last two nights at the Pacific Club, no vacancies (absolutely understandable given the level of service here). I booked a hotel in Kamala for those two nights. We visited it the day before we were due to check in. It was absolutely vile. I sent an email to the front office staff at the Pacific Club from Kamala and requested that they ask Mr Sun if there were any vacancies in the other hotel he manages. My email was acknowledged immediately and when we returned to the Pacific Club Mr Sun drove the four of us to the other property for inspection. A more humble offering in Karon but clean, tidy and cheap - more than adequate for two nights. When we checked out of the Pacific Club, Mr Sun again drove us to the other property, Karon Cafe Inn.

This was service way beyond our expectations and we thank the staff and Mr Sun for helping us out of a tricky situation.

Great experience. The service and all the facilities are perfect. The roof top swimming pool is a must use, and taxis are waiting 24/7 in a 2 minutes distance so transportation is very easy. All the workers and especially Sun treated us with great hospitality. Will visit again!!

The pool was the best part of the stay, big, good views, plenty of space in the shade, towels
available. Water always sparkling clean and pleasant temperature.

Loved the staff and the rooftop pool. The apartment suite was great too, perfect for our family and was very comfortable. All the staff were great and Sun really made the stay special. Thank you! The restaurant had a nice selection as well and was reasonable, and room service was no extra charge.

We had a wonderful stay. Resort is clean, hospitable and very accommodating to needs. Sun, the general manager made us feel very welcome. My son was unwell and needed medication. Sun did not want us to walk to the pharmacy due to the heat. He transported and waited for us until finished. He did this with no charge - pure kindness. Great service all round. We will return.
