Pacific Club Resort

This is a great hotel.
Location: The only negative, if there is one, is that the hotel is 10-15 minute walk to bars, restauarants, beach, shops etc. and it is uphill on the way back! The benefit is that it is a real oasis of calm amongst the madness of Karon Beach. The local area is quiet, lush and green.
Facilities: Fabulous infinity rooftop pool, jacuzzi, restaurant, authentic but modern decor
Room: Very large room, clean, huge comfy bed, large bathroom with shower and bath, frdige/kitchen area, balcony, robes, lots of storage
Service: Exceptional, faultless, the staff couldn't do enough for usl.

Great welcome and site. Nice and relaxing. Stayed for three nights staff were amazing and "sun" looked after us. Bed was good for us

This was a wonderful hotel, the facilities were fabulous, we loved the rooftop pool which had a beautiful view and a lovely peaceful atmosphere. The food in the hotel is great and I would recommend using the restaurant, we had a lovely meal there, sitting in the garden area listening to the waterfall, we also enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning with a good variety of choices. We had a massage which was extremely reasonable and really good, I had a facial and a hot stone massage, bliss! Our room was large with a good sized on suite bathroom and a nice balcony, it was very clean and had everything we needed. The manager Sun and the staff are really nice and went out of their way to ensure our holiday was great, which it was! It was a short walk downhill to town, within 5 minutes there are shops and restaurants. We liked it being away from the centre as Karon can be loud and busy. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back, missing it already !

Fantastisk personale med Uncle Sun som højdepunktet. De var ekstremt servicemindede og smilende. De kunne hjælpe med alt og ingen forespørgsler var for små. Roof top swimmingpoolen var perfekt. Der blæste hele tiden en brise, så man kunne ligge og nyde solen uden problemer.

Wonderful small boutique hotel. Lovely staff, amazing views from roof top pool. Spacious room with streamed katest movies & series inc. Varied menu food excellent & reasonably priced. Spa. Highly recommend this hotel.

Location is good just a 10 minute walk to shops and restaurants.

Everything about this resort was amazing, room, pool, food etc. Sun and his crew went above and beyond to make our stay as great as possible.

Sun the Manager and Kai one of the servers was just awesome. The staff was so attentive to us. The food and drinks were good.
That music they played throughout the day in the lobby was wonderful.
This resort exceed the of what we paid. It definitely was worth more. It was quiet and the rooms and common ereas were clean.
We took advantage of the spa on the resort and that body scrub was everything. The tech who did our nails was thorough and the massage was top notch.
The pool from top had amazing views of the ocean and the sunset.
I know we can stay anyplace else but this is where I would come back to stay.
Only negative I wish the shower water was hotter.

The food was delicious. All made fresh!
The rooms were beautiful and the bed was one of the most comfortable we ever slept in, and the resort itself is very beautiful with its Mediterranean style look.

Location is very good only 10 mins walk to the beach and actually great value for price for our stay in Phuket! Very clean and maintained!

Overall we really loved staying here and we’ll be back!

My family and I stayed for one week, during which we visited the Saneha Restaurant every day for breakfast and also enjoyed lunch and dinner by the poolside.

The food was excellent, both at the buffet and à la carte, offering consistent quality and variety. However, what truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the staff. In particular, Mr. Sun made us feel genuinely welcome and comfortable, as if we were at home.

I have traveled extensively around the world, stayed in numerous hotels, and dined at many restaurants. Without hesitation, I can say that the service we received at Saneha was among the very best I have ever experienced.

We will definitely be returning next year. Thank you, Mr. Sun, for your outstanding hospitality. We look forward to seeing you again next January.

Great location , quiet and chilled. Fantastic staff, friendly and helpful. Always smiling. Room spotless. Lots of water, tea and coffee. Safe , fridge freezer and microwave. Beautiful view to sea . Highly recommend.
