El servicio de recepción, nos pidieron la documentación, resulta que yo la llevaba y mi esposa no, le dijimos que si le presentabamos una foto dijo que no, que necesitaba para escanear el documento, nos devolvimos por el documento, era una hora de viaje para el documento y otra hora de regreso, llegamos al lugar nuevamente nos atendió la misma muchacha le dimos los documentos correspondientes, pero no escaneo ningún documento que ella nos comentó al inicio, entonces no se prq no pudo ser flexible con el documento en foto que le estábamos mostrando, me parece una falta de respeto prq dijo que era para escanear y nosotros llevar el documento y a la final no lo escaneo entonces fue mentira

Entramos ya con mal pie. Por la mascota cobraban un suplemento. Fue de 20€. Por nada de nada. Ni cama ni nada nada

Cons:

El precio de mascota es desorbitado no ponen ni un empapador. En la página de ellos pone que los 20€ es por semana. No quisieron hacer caso a lo escrito
