For my requirements when visiting Murcia position was excellent with parking. Close to Tranvia stop.
Pros:

Comfortable bed. Should have requested bathroom with shower, not over bath. My error.

La cama estaba bien y la habitación en general también, lo único el aire acondicionado demasiado alto que no pudimos bajar, en el baño falta una ducha mejor, la bañera se escurre.
