Micasa All Suites Hotel

We were on a tour of Malaysia and were to spend two nights in the Micasa Hotel, At the end of our two week tour we had arranged to return to Kuala Lumpur and spend a further five days at the Micasa Hotel. When we returned we arrived late in the evening the porter at the door carried cases into the hotel we checked in without and problems paid our tourist tax and given the keys to our room which was on the eigth floor were were about to take our cases up to our room but the desk clerk insisted that his staff would bring them to our room. Our room was on the eight floor when we entered the room we were suprised to see that we had a four poster king size bed. The room was well laide out with polished wooden floors and a small kitchen so that we could cook snacks if we wanted too. Every day the room was cleaned, towels changed an dressing gowns (provided by the hotel ) folded and laid on the bed.
We had breakfast in the hotel restaraunt we had a wide choice of things to eat with a selection of european, chinese and Malay food. There was a chef on duty to cook eggs as requested. On morning during our stay a troop arrived to carry out the Lion Dance for the chinese new year it disrupted breakfast but all the staff were in reception and we enjoyed so much after they left we returned to finish our Breakfast. All the staff were very attentive and alway pleasent.

Im first time check in here in Micasa suites hotel. Have been assits by Ms Yana. She is very kind and all registeration booking under her is going so smooth. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ credit for her great job. Thank you

Actually choose this property cause is near to usa embassy for my mum interview. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location strategic to tourist attraction like jalan alor which i use grab app for all the travel around kl.

The suite is just nice

The place was gorgeous, spacious with classy furniture. Thanks to Nelly who has always been very helpful, detailed oriented and knowledgeable about MICASA’s offerings.

The restaurants ie Cilantro which is recognised in the Michelin Select 2025 and Shisho are fantastic. Great for a date out.

We stayed at the Deluxe King suite to celebrate my birthday.

Great spacious rooms and perfect location

The location is on a side street so not much traffic noise.It is a ten minute walk to a mall with a large grocery store and several restaurants. The staff were very good and helpful.Check in and check out worked well.The pool and gym were very good. the breakfast was good both with the variety of food and the quality of the food. In the room there is a separate tap for drinking water. The cons of the room were that we could hear the neighbours talking many times until after midnight. The people above seemed to move furniture around frequently at night. Some of the furniture needed to be repainted. There was mold in the shower. The kitchen had limited accessories. The stove top , which we did not use, needed to be throughly cleaned or replaced. The toaster oven was in terrible condition. The door to the corridor had two separate grains in the wood. At the pool, the lounge chair covers would not stay in place as the ties were broken.

I had a very beautiful experience at this hotel from the first day of arrival till the last day.
Staff is friendly and eager to help you with everything you need.
The personal from reception Ms Nelly and Ms Yana were very helpful and supportive all my staying there.
The restaurant Sisho has a very good food and a lot of options.
Overall I had a pleasand staying there.

Had a wonderful stay at MiCasa All Suite Hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable truly felt like a home away from home. The location is excellent, just minutes from KLCC, yet peaceful and relaxing. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Highly recommend for both family trips and business stays. Will definitely come back!

Had a very good check inn and stay at this property, very helpful staff especially Miss Yana and Mr Arif, truly a delight, helped us a lot to make us feel comfortable.
