Nice hotel
Pros:

The ambient and it's close to our wedding hall at the Dove KL. It's really convenient.
It has complete kitchen facilities.
The staff Ms Priya, Ms Nelly, Mr Aryan, and the doorman, parking attendant was polite and helpful at the instant need during abnormal situation.

Cons:

Slight old fixtures, some loose wallplugs that need to be looked into, booked 3 rooms, 1 phone line not working even after troubleshooting by staff.
Unfriendly looking black t-shirt staffs. No smile, Polite but forced to do so. You can see it in the face and tone of voice. I had a problem and a black t shirt staff was questioning me in a tone like I m a criminal but luckily Mr Aryan was nice enough to come back explain the situation to the staff and manage to supervise and check till all clean and safe.

Cons:

The staff could not solve the problem when you need help. Even their manager was rude and just leave you alone when their staff talked loudly among themselves and just treat there's no one there. They don't have ability to solve problem.
Not recommend for those who looks for a relax calm stay.

Very good value for the price!
Pros:

Very nice stuff thanks to front desk officer Priya, she was very helpful. Very spacious room very nice equipped big TV. Nice towels and slippers big pool nice water enough beds and sun umbrellas. Go to fitness center nice breakfast also for european taste. Good restaurant in the hotel. Very quiet location.

Cons:

Location a little bit away from other restaurants and food places. Due to new installed key card system troubles with accessing room and fitness center. No smart TV.
