Sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal und Parkplatz hinter dem Hotel. Lage ist auch super, 5 min von der Altstadt.

Staff esemplare, accoglienza al top (sia alla ricezione che in seguito,
con tanto di bevande in terrazza offerte da un cameriere gentilissimo)! Decorazioni e cura dei dettagli esemplari! Eravamo nella camera Acquamarina: molto bella! Abbiamo cenato in hotel: ristorante apprezzabile nonostante la necessità di alimenti senza glutine. Colazione molto ricca e variata anche per chi è celiaco. Le signore che ci hanno servito la colazione sono state disponibilissime e la signora che prepara le marmellate ce ne ha perfino fatto dono! Tutto perfetto, quindi!

We had a warm welcome from the receptionist, Gloria, with champagne and some snacks. Hotel is beautiful and great location, breakfast was one of the highlights. Highly recommend!

Our Classic Deluxe room was definitely not 5 star. Very clean but shower cubicle needs ripping out.
Rooms at the back offer a very small sitting area on the road.
The weather was appalling when we were there so no where to really relax.
Restaurant was very disappointing, food very poor, service not good and no atmosphere. Also very expensive for what was on offer.
Everything was fantastic - staff very friendly, room size very good and very clean, all very enjoyable and would be full marks if it was not for the problem with the TV and total lack of attention to get it sorted.
I reported on the first day of our arrival that Sky and other channels were not available and instruction on the screen says that one should speak to the reception desk, which I did. The lady at reception came to the room and also could not resolve the problem, saying that she will report it and get it sorted. The next day no change to the TV and the afternoon late I reported that nothing happened and no change to the TV channels available. When we left the following morning at 11am, still nobody that came to work on the issue or try to resolve it. If it was not for the final match of the Southern hemisphere rugby championship and also F1 - while it was awfully windy and rainy weather outside which forced us back to our room - it would not have bothered me so much. But then, one expects all to be working fine and reasonable attention to resolve any issues, especially at a 5 star and expensive hotel.

Breakfast was very good both with the quality of food and attentive staff. The views and position were excellent.
Evening meal was of poor quality and very expensive. We even expected the fish to be frozen.
Die Lage ist super für einen Aufenthalt in Gallipoli. Zu Fuss ist man sehr schnell in der Altstadt und das Hotel verfügt über kostenfreie, eigene Parkplätze. Ebenso ist die Terrasse für das Essen toll, wie auch das gesamte Frühstücksbuffet. Hat uns sehr überzeugt und erfüllte unsere Erwartungen vollumfänglich.
