The property was nice, beds were comfortable. Some of the employees were good and some werent. They were on their phones a lot. Much different than 10 years ago. They were also working on the roof in building 5 of Harborside and dropped a piece of metal that almost landed on my husband. There was no warning or cones up around that area. Disappointed this time around.

Harborside is a great place to stay for a more affordable price at Atlantis. Their poolside food/drink service was not running so that was disappointing. Also you have to pay $25/day for wifi which is also very outdated. Most hotels provide free wifi. Some buildings were very far from the lobby and required a lot of walking. Waterpark is great and the village next to Harborside with shops and restaurants.

Great place for familes

Amazing time and kid friendly. The reef is an excellent choice if you have children or a small group

It was a nice place for my family to stay in and it was very quiet

No free WiFi in rooms even though guests on other 4 properties enjoyed free WiFi.
Limited dining options with Sunset Point prices being more than other parts of the resort with same options

Wi-Fi needs to be complimentary. Especially if you’re trying to sell people a time share. Everything else was great.

It was a true paradise and a perfect place to relax with the family

So many issues and not accommodating. Got attitudes for some staff. Yet others were cool. Buses were good. Got shafted out of $250 and was told Expedia would refund me (yet the lady at the desk charged me ). Every time you bought something it seemed like it was a different price or they just ripped you off.

Clean, quiet and away from the crowds at the waterpark.

Too big. Lazy workers. Not clean. Shows age. Kids had fun because of the slides.

We had a ceiling leak and sewage water was coming down. The staff and the manager were very rude and not helpful at all. We had water damage from the leak to our clothes and luggage, and we never get any compensation. We filed a security report, but nothing happened.

We stayed from 7/23/25 to 7/29/25. When we first arrived Our room was hot and wouldn’t cool below 76. They sent an engineer to fix this with no changes. We didn’t complain further.

On Friday, there was a fire in an adjacent building. This seemed unfortunate, but didn’t impact us, so we moved on with our visit.

On Monday morning at 1 am, my daughter woke me up because she heard people outside saying fire. When looking outside, I realized people were gathering. I stepped out of room to see what was going on, and there flames shooting out of the building. At no point did our fire alarms go off, nor were we alerted by staff to the fact that the building was on fire above us. Fortunately, we were on the first floor and the fire was on the 4th floor. We got out safely, but again, with no warning other than a teenage guest who decided to knock on doors.

Around 3 am we were let back in our room and told it was safe. It smelled strongly of smoke, but we were going to try to stay the rest of the night. After settling back in, our room began flooding from the water used to put out the fire. We were given a new room, but our stuff was damaged and all of our belongings were soaked and smoked damaged. We spent the next day washing our clothes so we had things to wear.

Our new room would not cool below 80 and had ants in the kitchen. After much insistence, we were compensated $400 which is less than 1 night stay. Most importantly, we did not feel safe staying in these buildings.

We recently stayed at Harborside Resort Atlantis in a 1-Bedroom Premium Villa located in Building 3, and overall, we had a great experience.

From the moment we arrived, every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely happy to assist. Their friendliness truly stood out and made our stay feel special.

The villa itself was spacious and well-equipped, perfect for our family. I did notice some mildew in the bathroom grout and brought it to the attention of housekeeping. To their credit, they responded promptly and had it cleaned the same day. Housekeeping actually came by multiple times during our stay — so often that I ended up declining a few visits and just requested fresh towels instead. Their attentiveness did not go unnoticed.

Atlantis is massive, so come prepared to walk quite a bit — but the beautiful surroundings and amenities make it worth it.

All in all, Harborside offered a great mix of comfort and convenience. A few minor issues, but nothing that wasn’t handled well. Would definitely stay again!

The room was not what I expected and left me feeling disappointed. The bathroom, particularly the tub, didn’t appear to be properly cleaned. The carpet looked worn and could really use a deep shampoo. There was also a strange odor in the room that I couldn’t quite identify, which made things uncomfortable. Overall, I think more attention needs to be given to cleanliness and upkeep.

Great spot for a medium family, with reasonable walking access to the waterparks and beach. Rooms were a little bit musty, and the A/C could not cool the rooms below 76F, but all in all it was a great time.
