The grounds and placement is beautiful
No hot water in the morning gor a shower as they had a boiler issue.
Had a fantastic stay here. A great location with amazing facilities and the staff were so friendly and helpful
Bed great, food great breakfast great, room grubby, dirty footprints on bed mouldy tiles in bathroom, only bathroom light worked, staff were awesome, just very dated would no way payed the full price of this room.
Excellent staff. Great location. Quiet even though there were two functions going on downstairs!

The gym and pool facilities, the room size and quiet position of the hotel....nice and relaxed.
The grounds are amazing. My receptionist (the biker lady) was very helpful and friendly. The gym is very good for a hotel. I will be back!
Sounds picky, there was some staining on the ceiling.

We had the cottage room nice and cosy clean and quite.
Booking .com times for breakfast were different from hotel
We went down at 9.30 to be told they were finished breakfast. I complained and said not what was on my reservation. They asked us to move into the bar area and that the chef would make us somethink we met another couple there they too just having breakfast.
Communication needed here.
Also loud heavy music in the bar and its only 9.30 am my husband asked to turn it down the staff female went off and turned it off GREAT some peace
We do not want to hear heavy music at breakfast.
Please all hotels take note its not disco time. Most residence are mature couples althou most staff are young we understand their music choices but is it the HOTELS ????
