Lovely area and pretty scenery
Very well worn in all dept, one member of staff seemed to be doing 5 jobs, limited menu but lots not available.
Beds hard, jacuzzi not working and all looked dated and a 5 m gapping hole in the ceiling of the swimming pool.
Not availability for any of the treatments

Very quiet location. Large room. Comfortable bed. Dinner was very good. Breakfast was tasty and hot.
Unfortunately the bathroom needed a good scrub. The floor and skirting were disgusting. Apart from that everything else was excellent.

There was only half of shower screen in bathroom and the actual shower and shower head was pathetic .
The size of the room and the comfort, ample parking and a lovely atmosphere. breakfast was lovely. Its a great location if you are staying in South Wales and you can commute to the ICC in a few minutes.
Some of the lights did not work in the room which was a bit of a pain. I would recommend better placement of standing lights. thats the only issue and that may have been unique to the room I stayed in.
I had a fall whilst there due to a taxi dropping us at the wrong part with no lighting and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful thankyou
Overall a great stay. Food was delicious. Great breakfast; Cooked full English (or should that be Welsh). Also vegetarian sausages available on request. Bedroom was comfortable. Spar facilities were great. Staff were a credit to the hotel; attentive and friendly.
Some of the furniture in the room was a little tired. A shame that the tennis courts have not been maintained. Would have been a great addition. We did bring our rackets to be told the courts are out of action.

This little spot is ideal for a sweet escape.
If you like character submerging yoirself within the quiet pace of life and being present this is a good place.

The spa facilites were what was needed from a spa, yes not a new state of the art but thats what gives it its charm and ambience.
The breakfast was the only food we had as we took oirselves off on the grounds for evenign picnic and sunset but it was a continental brealfast with tradional cooked breakfast available too alongside.
Plan to come again.
The only thing is in the evenings the lighting outside around property going out to the car etc.. but not a big issue used phone light!.
