Il y a un réel problème dans la qualité de service au niveau de la restauration. Les tables sont souvent sales et quasiment jamais débarrassées lorsque vous mangez, que ce soit au restaurant principal ou à la piscine.
L'amabilité du personnel au bar est également très disparate et aléatoire: nous sommes tombés sur des personnes extrêmement sympathiques qui ont du métier mais aussi sur des personnes à la limite du désagréable.
Enfin et dernier point: on nous a fait remarquer (et ce pour la première fois) qu'ayons réservé via Expedia, nous n'avions pas droit aux mêmes services que les autres hôtes. Pas très commerçant ni agréable à entendre surtout lorsque l'on réserve 2 semaines.
Bref, nous avons passé un bon séjour mais nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet hôtel qui ne coche pas toutes les cases pour nous.

The regular hotel rooms are dated but functional, I can’t speak for the rooms exclusive to Priviledge Members. The hotel could do with an overall lifecycle facelift. That being said, the layout, outdoor facilities and the design of the building is beautiful and the staff/service were excellent, very thoughtful, friendly and welcoming. We had half board and only ate in the betancuria where food was 7/10 with some good variety. We did see cockroaches here and there but I guess that’s due to the climate more than anything.

I would go again, 4/5.

Amazing buffet! The pool was located at the most windy spot, so a bit cold especially after swimming.

Beautiful location, friendly staff, clean, good for kids, yummy food and lots of choice, fun times.

Das H10 Tindaya hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage und ist super sauber.Gute Ausstattung insgesamt.
Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig zum Flur,ansonsten schön.
Das Essen findet in einem großen lauten Speisesaal statt( wie man es kennt) und ist mittelmäßig.Brötchen pappig,kein dunkles Brot.Wenig bis sehr wenig vegetarische Speisen.Wenig Personal.Das Route 66 (Themenrestaurant)ist leider nicht zu empfehlen.
Sehr viele Angebote für Kinder, daher auch viele Familien.

Uns wurde trotz bezahlter Buchung, der Aufenthalt nochmals auf die Kreditkarte berechnet (nicht finden der Buchungsnummer). Nach ca 15.Minuten wurde uns ins Zimmer mitgeteilt, dass sie unsere Zahlung gefunden hatten und sie konnten uns (zu unserem Glück) die Kreditkarten Belastung stornieren. Da es nicht unser Fehler war, währe eine Entschuldigung angebracht gewesen.
Noch eine persönliche Bemerkung: Der Kellner im Speisesaal Herr Abdel, wahr ein sehr liebenswerter und motivierter Mitarbeiter, wir behalten ihn in bester Erinnerung.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, besonders hervorzuheben ist abends die Speisenauswahl.

2N stay. Half board. Lovely hotel. One of the pools heated. WiFi was down the entire stay slightly annoying. Great food in the evenings fresh fish , steak, chicken etc.

Leider hat sich in so kurzer Zeit fast alles negativ entwickelt.

Die Putzkolonne sind Diven die gerne möchten das wir vorher putzen bevor sie kommen.

Sand nach 13 Tagen immer noch da.

Hieno ja iso hotelli. Ihan mukava. Nostivat huonetasoa merinäköalaan. Kiitos siitä. Oli vain halfboard, juomat eivät kuuluneet siihen. Olisi ehkä kannattanut ottaa allinclusive, jotta olisi voinut syödä vähän päivälläkin. Kauppa oli vajaan kilometrin päässä.

I was in the hotel with my son. Room was nice and clean, we had booked it with view to the ocean. Personell is extremely considerate and friendly, everybody was always smiling, it sometimes made us feel guilty because the demands/ workload on everybody seemed to be high. Quality and variety of buffet were ok. Stairs lead right from the pool area down to the ocean and a little secluded cove a bit separate from the main beach of Costa Calma, so it was not too busy there. Only downside was that the pool chairs were obviously not available in sufficient numbers and all chairs close to the seafront were blocked by 9 AM with towels (which was prohibited but not enforced).

Great food at both dinner and breakfast, the beach is excellent for walking and swimming. There was unfortunately no kettle for hot water in the room and the coffee at breakfast was undrinkable. Instead of Nescafe machines dispensing low-quality 'instant' coffee, the hotel could have provided a large pot of simple filter coffee for guests.

We had a great all inclusive stay at Tindaya. Service was excellent, staff very keen to assist us with our daughter who became poorly whilst away and make sure we were comfortable. We felt well cared for, food was good quality and lots of choice- same for drinks, stunning setting, a great place to stay.

We stayed AI Privilege which was definitely a highlight. Having access to the privilege facilities was definitely worth the extra money. The room was spotless and the food was delicious. Would definitely re book.

The location next to the beach with direct access from the hotel was incredible. Rooms were really well appointed for families (we were in a junior suite and had plenty of space). The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The food was not amazing, despite having privilege access to the a la carte restaurants we were not impressed, which is a shame for such an otherwise amazing hotel.

Great hotel with excellent swimming pools
for the kids. Kids club was very poor with only one person looking after sometimes 10-11 children. Food was a bit repetitive and not much of an option for children. Beach is amazing and the kids loved it. Rooms are nice and kept clean however the A/C in our room wasn’t great and was a struggle to get to sleep at night as too hot. Reported the problem but they said it was ok. Overall we enjoyed the stay but would probably give the hotel a 8 out of 10. Things to improve on.

Really loved our 5 night stay here. We had the privilege booking and had access to extra amenities. Would go back again in a heartbeat. Kids loved it with all the pools and splash park along with the kids club. The spa was lovely, and the hotel was clean and modern. Staff were mainly friendly, except a few members of staff- who I think were tired/over worked. Only down side would be the buffet doesn’t have a huge range of food- however I didn’t go hungry and had access to both à la carte restaurants. Would really recommend on the whole.

the people working always seemed grumpy, breakfast was always over crowded unless you arrived at 7 am, pools and view from the pool were nice but feurteventura is pretty windy, our room was suppose to have a sunset view but only had a view of the mini golf course, parking was on the street or a dirt parking lot, the room was comfortable and clean, 10 min walk to costa calma town and beach, in the end nothing amazing and mothing very bad but would probably look for something else if i was to come back to the island

This is a lovely hotel, it is extremely clean and well looked after. The room was comfortable. There was a wide variety of food at all meal times. The pool areas are fabulous and the views of the ocean are incredible. The only downside is the area, although there are beaches all around the hotel, the area is very quiet with not many bars or shops around. But a lovely stay
