居心地最高
Pros:

トリプルルームはお部屋が広いしL字ソファもあって、お風呂と洗面とトイレが一体型のユニットバスだったけど、広いし浴槽がおおきくてゆっくりできた。寝心地のいいベッドだった。

Cons:

空港からは近い代わりに周囲に気軽に出れる場所ではないので、ホテル内にレストランがあることや価格など事前に教えてほしかった。リサーチ不足だった。

Avoid Garden Wing rooms
Cons:

The Garden Wing building and rooms are clearly not maintained. There are visible leak stains and cracked walls. Carpets are really dirty.

The lower cost of the Garden Wing rooms is not just because it’s lower floors, but also much more run down.

We stayed in the main building a few years ago, and enjoyed our stay that time. Not so much this time at the Garden Wing.

Near Narita airport, very convenient stay for a night
Pros:

The forest garden & the lunch buffet were great

Cons:

It was kind of falling into disrepair with peeling paint & the elevator broke while we were there

The bus from the station didn't have a storage for luggage so the cases are moving up and down the isle which was dangerous.

Pros:

After a very long flight I was greeted by kind staff and a very comfortable room. There is a 24/7 convenience store located inside the hotel making it very easy to get food and drinks. There is also an onsen. The bathroom was stocked with all the supplies you need and was very clean. The hotel also has a very beautiful garden

Cons:

The rooms lighting was a bit too dark and there was not enough accessible outlets to charge devices.
