Best value hotel Narita
Pros:

This hotel offers excellent logistics, specifically the frequent 30-minute shuttle to the airport and mall. Although the room decor is older, the cleanliness is top-notch with no issues at all. The service is exceptional—a helpful staff member (a lady of Indian descent) kindly corrected us when we almost boarded the wrong bus, saving us a lot of trouble. Pro tip: If you have a lot of bags, use the Willer bus from Tokyo to Narita and then hop on the hotel’s complimentary shuttle.

Basic hotel voor prima prijs
Pros:

Hotel was echt niet duur en daarom prima voor een nachtje. Basic kamers, als je er niet te veel uur hoeft door te brengen is het goed te doen. Supermarktje achter de lobby is top.

Hotel is toe aan een update qua uiterlijk. Maar dan ga je meer betalen, dus prima zo.

Cons:

Mouldy room and bathroom, threadbare carpet, hairs in the bed and pubic hairs in the bathroom, urine in the toilet, stained lamps, dirty walls, disgusting smell.

Comfortable, welcoming and relaxing
Pros:

The reception person was exceptionally helpful, and when the quiet double room I requested was not available they gave me a lovely large twin and an onsen ticket. The breakfast was wonderful. Everything about this stay was so easy and comfortable. I will certainly stay again.

The shuttle to and from the airport is excellent and convenient.

Cons:

Not recommended. Not like the one advertised on Booking.com. The hotel is made up of two wings. Both are outdated. Upon our arrival, we were assigned to the old wing, which appears to have been built forty years ago and has not undergone any renovation since. The room itself is not clean. Full of stains and hairs on the carpet. The ceilings are full of stains. Smells musty. The toilet and bathroom are shocking. After we contacted the reception, they changed our room to the newer wing for a fee for a room upgrade. The replacement room is also outdated but reasonable. It was lucky that we only arrived for one night, otherwise we would not have stayed there in any way. The only advantages of the hotel are the proximity to the airport, the free shuttle between the airport and the hotel, and the convenience store that is open 24 hours.

Okay place for a quick transit.
Pros:

Needs updating
Pros:

The toiletries were nice. The garden/koi fish, plus the small hiking trails are what saved this place for us. The on-sight family mart was helpful.

Cons:

Very outdated, dusty, the beds were hard and uncomfortable, the bathrooms were showing their age.
