No Fair policy if you arrive before 3pm and rooms are already available, they won’t let you in unless you pay extra, so everybody waiting in the lobby for hours, I understand you must wait if rooms still not clean but just make you wait for money it’s insane

Like a little resort with hot spring close to the airport.
Pros:

Loved all of it, airport shuttle is great also for shopping and to the rail station. I LOVE THE HOT SPING, Onsen , clean, very good water, this was the forth time I stayed there, coming back again tomorrow, and 3 more day before I fly back to California. Right now only 50 % of the onsen is operational, but still wonderful. Zoltan Santa Cruz

Cons:

Some construction limiting nonstop onsen use, but it is still better then anything else close by and the price is great. My room was a bit small, so was th price I had to pay, still happy.

Would not stay again and would not reccomend due to mould

restaurant and onsen were good

Cons:

Black mould all throughout the reception ventilation, its visible and you can smell it. As a health professional this made my stay extremely stressful and I'm very concerned about the health and wellbeing of the staff.
Also our booking got mixed up and our two rooms were put as 1 room, we had two adults with 11 year old and 8 year old sharing a room with two twin beds.
