Unhappy with our room, but at least the transportation was ok
Pros:

Dinner buffet was good and transportation was convenient

Cons:

The AC don’t work good me and my wife could not sleep good at all it was so hot. And there’s literally no circulation of air. The bathrooms smelt like pee and the shower had mold.

Overall, If I visit this boutique hotel again, I would definitely prefer to stay at Art Hotel instead. Compared to this
Pros:

Shuttle services are available almost each hour. Close to the airport. Good choice for one day rest before the flight. Hot spring pool was a good relax point, anyway naked :)

Cons:

The personel in charge with the hot spring pool was not very attentive, do not provide necessary info. If you don’t bring ur towel from ur room u have to buy a towel there. Even I asked before no explanation made before.

Another thing I couldn’t quite understand—though I think this applies to many hotels—is that their English is very limited. They don’t speak it well, it’s hard to communicate, and we constantly have to rely on a translation device. This makes conversations quite restrictive.

Pros:

Didn't love much.

Cons:

They have an Onsen, but they charge extra for it. Didn't see that anywhere else at all. Room wasnt very comfortable..

OK experience
Pros:

It is a very affordable option close to the airport. Fantastic bonus, the free shuttle from and to the airport. The staff are very kind and helpful. They have a combini shop if you arrive late, like me, and still need to eat something. The bathroom, probably dated the same as the room, reminded me of Wes Anderson movies...it was kind of cute; old but clean.

Cons:

The room i was staying in was very dated compared to the one shown in the listing. I did not love the carpet. Pillows are very thin and have some beads inside. I later learned that they are typical of Japan.

Ich würde wieder kommen wenn es eine komplette Sanierung bekommt und auch größere Zimmer hatt

Frühstück war sehr gut und Lobby war modern und sauber Abend essen auch sehr gut wenn man sich den Preis leisten will

Cons:

Der Eindruck von der Lobby hatt ein sicheres Gefühl gegeben aber der Schock war Dan aus dem Aufzug hinaus Türen und Gang angerannt als auch die Wände Zimmer sehr alt gehalten hatten Angst das Schimmel in der Luft ist dazu wollten wir im Hotel herumschauen und überall alt nicht sauber und hatt sich in einem Horror Film gefühlt im unteren Stockwerk

スタッフさんが皆さんとても丁寧で、雰囲気がとても良かったです。朝食も混んでいましたがとてもスムーズで子供がいても声をかけてくださり快適でした！

Cons:

別館でしたが部屋に入った時カビの匂いなのか
きつかったです。しばらく換気が必要。
お風呂も床がたるんでいてとても怖かった。

成田空港から早朝便を利用する際の前泊として、非常に使い勝手の良いホテルです。
Pros:

・用途で選べるシャトルバスが便利
空港からは少し離れていますが、成田空港行き（大型バス）と成田駅行き（マイクロバス）の2本のシャトルバスが出ています。家族旅行で大きいスーツケースなどの荷物がある人は、大型の空港行きバスがとても快適でおすすめです。

・開放的なロビーと便利な館内設備
ホテルに入った瞬間、とても綺麗で開放感のあるロビーが広がり、いよいよ旅行が始まる！というワクワク感が高まりました。また、館内にファミリーマートがあるのも非常に便利でした。

・翌日への活力を養える温泉
宿泊者は大人1名700円で大浴場を利用できます。内湯は広々としていてお湯の温度もちょうどよく、人気の露天風呂もありました。フライトを翌日に控え、家族で最高のリラックスタイムを過ごすことができました。

・出発時の素晴らしい景色
翌朝、バスロータリーで空港行きのバスを待っている際、美しい朝日が昇っていく景色を見ることができました。とても清々しい気持ちでホテルを出発できたのが印象的です。

・客室の経年劣化
ドアノブや水回りなど、お部屋の所々に設備的な古さや経年劣化を感じる部分はありました。ただ、あくまで「見た目が少し古い」というだけで機能的には全く問題なく、滞在の満足度が下がるようなものではありませんでした。
