Pros:

Tiny but clean and comfortable room. Good for a one night stay. Regular shuttle buses to the airport and the mall.

Die Ausstattung im allgemeinen. Es war sehr unangenehm dort zu übernachten. Wir haben extra 2 Shuttlebusse früher zum Airport genommen.

Enjoyable, great way to arrive in Tokyo. Such helpful friendly staff.

Friendly helpful staff. Great value. Great breakfast. On site onsen was just what we needed after a long journey.

Hay dos edificios, el antiguo, donde nos dieron la habitacion, parece sacado de la pelicula de terror "El resplandor"

A complete rip off, don't rely on the pictures, this hotel may make you ill!
Pros:

The lobby, the concierge, the shuttle service was good. This hotel may make you sick. That was it! The room was so awful. DO NOT BE FOOLED. This stay was a horrible end To my great Japan trip.

Cons:

Everything! The ratings were way off, the room was dirty, mold on the ceiling, on the walls, behind the curtains, cobwebs all over the ceiling. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. No coffee provided, just tea. Really terrible!

Pros:

Its clean n they provide airport drop facilty

Cons:

The pick up facility from the narita station is not reliable we had to wait for 2+hrs to get in shuttle bus. Even if u take public transport to the property its not nearby. Need to walk nearly 1.5km from the stop to property so only option was to wait for the shuttle bus
