Great for a close stay

Muy mala la organización
Cons:

No eran las habitaciones solicitadas, tuvimos que discutir en recepción a las 12 de la noche con niños. Porque las habitaciones no tenían las camas contratadas, no habían almohadas para todos ni toallas.

Pros:

Staff is good and attentive.

Onsen is also good and worth for the price.

Cons:

Garden view rooms which are located in an old wing are quite dated and badly needs an upgrade. That is why I gave 7/10

It was a good stay but could’ve been better if not for the air condition issue
Pros:

I love the fact that it is really close to the Airport and the breakfast buffet was super delicious .

Cons:

The Air condition in our room was not that great. We had to request for an extra fan as it was kinda hot inside the room.
