Pros:

隣の部屋に滞在していたグループが深夜まで大騒ぎしており全く眠れなかった。フロントへ連絡したが「かしこまりました」と言うのみ、なにか対応してくれたのかわからないがその後もしばらく騒音は続いた。

ディズニーランドのあとの泊まりで、利用させてもらいました！
ランドからの立地も車で15分程で着き、とても良かったです！
ウェルカムドリンクもアルコールもあり、ありがたい限りです。

良かった所:葛西駅から近い。部屋が綺麗。ソファーが合って便利。朝食も豊富とまではいかないけど蕎麦、パン、ごはんがあっておかずも魚、肉があった。ドリンクバーがあって良かった。コンビニ、飲食店が近い。

マイナス点:お風呂が狭くて、カビや割れている部分がある。地上波が見れない。朝食の茶碗蒸しがゼラチンで固めたみたいに固すぎて残した。スクランブルエッグがあったら嬉しい。

I love the area it’s very lively and the are several shops and dining in walking distance. The Hotel itself is well kept. The room was not spacious but it was clean smelled nice and they provided essentials such as toothbrush and toothpaste as well as a robe and bedroom shoes. The staff was amazing very kind and willing to help with any questions. In the lobby they provided complimentary drinks for everyone not just water. The train and bus station is practically next door providing access all over the city from the airport to Tokoyo Disney. I will definitely book this hotel again

4人一部屋（大人2中学生1小学生1)で宿泊しました。子供用のローブなどがあると良かった。
素泊まりでしたので十分快適でしたが、飲み物などを置けるテーブルがあるとより良いと思う。
ドアストッパーで躓く、足を乗せて捻る可能性がある。実際に躓きました。事故防止のため、別な方法があると良いですね。

葛西駅に近くディズニーリゾートや臨海公園利用に便利でした。　お値段やチェックイン、アウトの気軽さを考えると充分だと思います。　チェックアウト時、カードキーをフロントに出すと　無言でした。ありがとうございました、行ってらっしゃいませ　何でも良いのですが一言ほしかったです。こちらがお世話様でした、と言って出発しました。
その気軽さが良い人にはおすすめです。
