Pros:

La posizione è meravigliosa, la colazione ben allestita con buoni prodotti ed il personale è disponibile e gentile. La struttura è bella, con ampi spazi ma risulta un pochino antica.

Cons:

La pulizia lascia a desiderare, probabilmente perché hanno appena aperto e non si sono organizzati bene, confido in un miglioramento. Le stanze hanno serramenti ed arredamento vecchi, da rivedere. Sono provviste comunque di climatizzatore e tv led.

Das einzige was gut war, war die Aussicht. Dass der Weg zum Hotel ein Abenteuer ist, dafür können die Verantwortlichen nicht viel.

Cons:

Der Rest vom Hotel ist unter aller Würde. Ich weiß gar nicht wo ich anfangen soll. Zimmer waren wie ein Abstellraum. Das Badezimmer war eine Zumutung. Einfach nur ekelhaft ! Das hatte mit den Bildern auf Booking nichts zu tun. Wir haben uns beschwert. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption meinte dass das ganze normal Zimmer sind die wir gebucht haben. Das was bei Booking abgebildet ist sind Suites. Er konnte keine Entscheidung treffen und wir mussten auf sein Vorgesetzter warten. Er war so wir der Mitarbeiter uneinsichtig. Mach langem hin und her konnten wir vereinbaren nach 4 Tagen in so eine « Suite » zu wechseln. Das war ein Pluspunkt. Aber als wir dann in die Suite umgezogen sind, haben wir festgestellt dass es sich um ein ganz normalen Doppelzimmer handelt was wir von Anfang an hätten bekommen müssen. Das Frühstück ist wie folgt: jeden Tag identisch. Eine sorte Schinken und Käse, nicht gekühlt. Rührei die lange standen, also auch trocken und kalt wurden. Jogurt aus der Kühlkette den ganzen Morgen auf den Tisch ausgepackt. Waren um 9:00 warm. Eine Sorte Cornflakes. Milch genauso wie Jogurt ungekühlt.
Wir haben es gewagt ein Abend dort zu essen. Alles ohne Geschmack, ohne Liebe zubereitet. In der Mensa in der Schule isst man besser. Die Bilder auf booking haben nichts mit der Realität zu tun. Es wird nur Geld kassiert und nichts investiert. Das ist auf gar kein Fall ein 4 Sterne Hotel sondern höchstens 2.
Wir waren nicht die einzigen Gästen die enttäuscht waren während unser Aufenthalt. Und wenn man die negativen Kommentare liest, dann kann man sich ein Bild machen was einem da so erwartet. Auf viele negativen Kommentare wird sich vom Hotel aus einfach lustig gemacht. Das zeigt die Einstellung der Führungspersonnen.

Die Zufahrtssteasse ist in sehr schlechtem Zustand. Nix für tiefergelegte Fahrzeuge eher für SUVs

Struttura datata ma con una propria identinta',posizione molto bella sulle alture e una vista eccezionale.

Il mangiare, di scarsa qualita' e poco, carta dei vini inesistente, era disponibile solo un rosso un bianco e una bolla.
Un solo cameriere in sala.
In bagno i sanitari scomodi, le protezioni della doccia nella vasca datate e non sufficenti a riparare e bagno allagato ad ogni doccia.(camera 81)
Centro benessere a pagamento
Una festa di compleanno in piscina con clienti esterni all'hotel.
La strada che porta dalla statale all'hotel molto danneggiata.
