Pros:

Stylish pretty hotel with nice quiet room. Helpful friendly staff, especially Thuong and Ly, and the girl who did breakfast.

Pros:

Gave me breakfast on my arrival when I was early for check in. Comfortable room. Very clean hotel and quiet. Really good area. The breakfast was really good.

Amazing hotel and staff, would definitely come back!
Pros:

5 star service, staff are amazing and can’t do enough for you. Great breakfast, eggs, bacon, sausage or the noodles, croissants, fruit juices, tea and coffee. The girl called Ha is amazing and speaks good English so does reception girl. Pool is big and clean, sunbeds have mattresses and pool towels provided. Free bicycles also. Comfy bed, hot water in shower. Spotless Clean bedding and towels. I’ve been in Vietnam for 2 months move hotel every week.. this is the best one yet! Highly recommend!!

Cons:

If I had to say anything negative wld just be the lighting in rooms is a bit dark. And would prefer breakfast to end 10 am

Pros:

All the staff were very pleasant. The bed and linen were very nice. The room was spotless.

Cons:

The only negative was that the kitchen ran out of sliced bread to make toast in the morning

Pros:

Free room upgrade was much appreciated. The breakfast buffet on the first morning was great with many food choices. There was no buffet on the second morning due to lacking of guests. Mosquitoes were in the room on the first night. The staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Relaxing trip. Great value hotel.
Pros:

Nice pool. Staff are friendly. Good value and very clean. You can borrow a bike and visit the beach area which is 3km away.

Cons:

Breakfast could be a bit better. It is a little far from the centre, but a nice walk.

Pros:

Staff went above & beyond. When we had an early flight so would miss breakfast they prepared some food for us to take away with us when we checked.out.

Cons:

Was a bit further from the old town than initially thought. Not a big deal - only 20 minute walk. The hotel offered free bike hire but we preferred to walk than cycle.

I am quite an experienced traveller to Vietnam, this is one of the few "go to" hotels I would truly recommend
The staff are absolutely brilliant and the rooms not only spotless but naturally cool.
