Beautiful hotel and exceptional staff

My stay was absolutely fantastic. The staff were amazing and couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. The rooms were beautiful, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Volto e quero aproveitar mais o hotel
Pros:

O pessoal da recepção foi e espetacular, primeira vez na Disney e com crianças e eles nos passaram todas as dicas necessárias.
Explicaram-nos como nos movimentar facilmente e ainda nos perguntaram na volta do passeio se tinha corrido tudo bem.
Simpática ao máximo.

Cons:

O Ac do quarto não funcionava e tivemos de ligar a recepção que de forma bem rápida nos mudaram de quarto.
O pessoal foi impecável e muito flexível.
É so para elogiar o profissionalismo ao máximo.

Perfect place to stay
Pros:

We had an overall pleasant stay at Crowne Plaza Marne La Vallée. Taking 2 points off because of parking problem (expensive).

The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a great variety of options. The shuttle service to Disneyland runs every 30 minutes, which is very convenient. The hotel was clean, tidy, and well maintained. Having a kettle in the room was also a nice touch.
We ordered dinner to the room. Chef was amazing. Meals that we ordered was delicious.

The swimming pool was lovely — quiet, peaceful, and a great place to relax after a busy day. Another feature we really appreciated was the water dispensers on each floor, where you can refill your bottle with both cold still water and sparkling water.

Cons:
Unfortunately, the shuttle bus driver was quite rude and seemed very irritated, which made the experience uncomfortable.

The parking is also extremely expensive. The hotel has its own parking area, yet guests are charged €20 per day. In my opinion, this is far too expensive, especially for hotel guests.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and especially appreciated the breakfast, cleanliness, pool, and convenient Disneyland shuttle service. The main areas for improvement would be the attitude of the shuttle drivers and the high parking fee.
