Nous connaissions déjà l'hôtel, l'emplacement est super, l'hôtel est très bien, grand espace vert, supers équipements, à deux pas de Disney, le personnel est top, , l' espace bien être était en rénovation cette année, nous ne savons pas à quoi cela va ressembler puisque toute la partie bien être et la salle de sport était fermée.

Great location for Disney, comfortable overall but let down by facilities
Pros:

Staff were very nice, food was nice, hotel lobby and gardens were very nice. The hotel smelt amazing. Location for Disney was perfect. Lids had lots of space to run about

Cons:

We booked for pool, and despite email stating pool would be open in time for our stay, it was not. One of the sinks in my room - the plug didn’t work and despite room being cleaned during my stay the sink was not fixed and so was full of stagnant water for two days. The shower head leaked and sprayed all over the place and a crack in the bath meant everytime I showered the bathroom floor was flooded.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely incredible and so accommodating and helpful. The rooms were spacious and so comfortable. When the renovation is complete it will be amazing!
