Beautiful surroundings, and great location for Disneyland.
No hot water at stages, Monday evening and Tuesday morning. Seemed to fix itself by Tuesday evening. Not pleasant. Requested milk from hotel for coffee machine and was charged over €3 for a mug of milk. This surely should be free of charge. Also the spa facilities were not in operation, we received no prior warning of this and we had plans to utilise on the final morning.
We have just returned from a three night stay, after staying here for our visit to Disneyland Paris.
This makes for a great base whilst visiting Disneyland, with the regular shuttle bus service to/from the park. A tell from the communal areas that the hotel has recently been refurbished, and would love to return once the pool etc. is finished as would make it an even better stay with kids!
The staff were fantastic, in particular the restaurant staff at breakfast. Very attentive and helpful. Great selection and quality of food on offer as well.
I think the room we stayed in was yet to be refurbished, but it had everything you needed. Would definitely stay here on a return visit, highly recommend!
Handy location for Disney parks with regular, reliable shuttle buses every 30 mins.
We have stayed at this Hotel before but it is currently undergoing alterations & facilities are reduced.
The temperature in our room made it very uncomfortable to sleep. It was constantly at 23.5-24C even with the ineffective Air-conditioning on full.
We reported it straight away & we were assured that someone had checked it out but it still made no difference to the digital display showing 23-24C.
On the last morning we wanted to use the pool before our late afternoon flight home, only to be told it was closed for refurbishment.

La proximité avec Disney, la navette gratuite, la fontaine à eau filtrée dans le couloir très pratique,le lit trés confortable. La cafetière et les dosettes offertes, les chambres sont spacieuses, les rangements super et la salle de bain spacieuse également. Personnel sympathique.
Le parking payant à la nuit. C'est assez chez si on reste bcp de jours...
De Premium kamer was zeer ruim, en het hotel was prachtig gesitueerd op een golfterrein. De gratis shuttle is stipt en nooit té druk.
Je ziet dat het hotel momenteel in transitie zit, niet alles loopt altijd even vlot maar iedereen doet er alles aan je verblijf zo perfect mogelijk te maken.
