Un séjour absolument parfait, au-delà de toutes nos attentes
Il n’y a absolument aucun point négatif à relever. Le JW Marriott à Cannes est un hôtel exceptionnel. Le personnel a été irréprochable, attentionné, généreux et d’un professionnalisme rare. Ils nous ont fait plusieurs attentions et faveurs sans jamais compter de frais supplémentaires, ce qui a rendu l’expérience encore plus précieuse.
Nous avons eu la chance d’être surclassés dans une chambre magnifique, encore plus belle, à l’occasion de nos fiançailles et de mon anniversaire. La vue était sublime, la chambre parfaite dans les moindres détails. La décoration, le lit, la douche, les équipements… tout était absolument impeccable.
Nous avons vécu quatre jours hors du temps, quatre jours de pur bonheur, comme sur un nuage. Si nous pouvions y vivre, nous le ferions sans hésiter. L’emplacement est idéal, tout est pensé pour le confort et le bien-être.
Honnêtement, rien à redire. Un séjour de rêve, gravé dans nos souvenirs.

Location was amazing.. security was excellent.

Cons:

Furniture Does not represent luxury at all. No welcoming sweets or fruits like other hotels… no welcoming messages in the room, as usually we get that at hotels. Looks like 4 starred hotel not 5 stars…

I’m extremely disappointed that this should be a 5 star Hotel. They are rude and not living up to what they promised me during my stay. They accepted that we cancelled one day, but they have never returned the points. I have had an ongoing dialogue with them for two month and they have not delivered on their promise. This Hotel is not living up to JW Marriott standards. Very bad customer service
