L’établissement et ses employés sont magnifiques et gentils et bienveillant j’aime beaucoup cet hôtel il mérite franchement d’y séjourner la vue de la piscine est superbe et l’hôtel est magnifique sur les hauteurs j’aime beaucoup et j’y reviendrai encore merci à vous continuer comme ça les personnes en salles sont vraiment extrêmement bienveillantes et gentilles ainsi que la réception et les repas du dîner ainsi que les petits déjeuner sont extrêmement bon et variés ne changer rien à tout cela merci pour votre accueil

Simplement la poire la douche ne fonctionnait pas bien si non le reste était impeccable et les chambres toujours très propres rien à dire serviettes papier hygiénique tout y était soigneusement changé merci beaucoup à vous tous

Los accesos a todas partes.Los camareros de color buenos muchachos y muy trabajadores los demás parecían seguridad,Gracias por todo lo demás.

Cons:

Los camareros y cocineros , llamaron la atención a una Sra por un simple sándwich que se había guardado aunque no se pueden llevar alimentos pero las formas no fueron para nada correctas.

Mi pareja tuvo una caída dentro del hotel, falta de señalización y de alumbrado, pasamos la primera noche en el hospital por la herida que hizo a consecuencia de la caída.
Y no nos han ayudado ni el responsable del hotel se ha puesto en contacto con nosotros, y eso fue el jueves.
Y para colmo hemos pedido el seguro o mutua número de póliza, y no nos han dado ningún dato.
Si mañana no tenemos ningún noticia, denunciamos las lesiones y la falta de ayuda por falta del hotel.
