Pros:

Friendly staff who went out of their way, massive rooms, rooms were lovely and warm on arrival and easy to maintain preferred room temperature. Spacious bathroom.
We got a text from someone at the hotel asking if everything was ok with our room which was a lovely touch. Hubby forgot toothbrush so the front desk sent one to our room for him!

Cons:

These are not negatives, just a couple of comments. Would have liked an earlier buffet breakfast start (start time was 7am, 6.30am would've been great) but not a major, and understandable if the hotel wasn't full. Restaurant was a little cool in the evening, even though all fires and heaters were going.

Cons:

Zimmer ungemütlich groß und kalt. Nicht warm zu bekommen mit der Klimaanlage.
Lange Wege zum Zimmer, Kofferwagen musste ich selbst organisieren indem ich einen gelagerten Schreibtisch runter nehmen musste.
Frühstück: Cappuccino kostest extra, Wassee im Zimmer kostet extra, Frühstück teilweise zum zuzahlen, je nach gebuchter Option etwas unübersichtlich.
Parken kostet in der Tiefgarage extra, draußen teilweise unkomfortabel Zugänge zum Hotel über steilen Weg.

色々な事はありましたが、チェックアウトの際に対応してくださったマネージャーの方の紳士的な対応が素晴らしかったです！

やれる事はたくさんあると思います
サービス、クリーンネスなど

その他、夕食の利便性などを考えて街中まで無料シャトルバスを巡回させるとかあれば嬉しいです

We were expecting an exciting and exclusive stay, unfortunately we were underwhelmed
Pros:

Very helpful staff

Cons:

The low bed and soft mattress. Only 1 chair in double room. Restricted space. Having to walk outside to go to restaurant. Waiting for room service to bring our dinner on night one - had to wait an hour! (Ordered for 7 p.m. arrived, after a couple of phone calls, sat 8 p.m.!)

Really lovely and was able to relax in beautiful scenery

Room, Bed, Pillows, the spaciousness of the room

Cons:

The Buffet Breakfast was okay, but comparing to other city 5 star hotels, not quite the same service levels.

Upgraded to fabulous room. Great food in restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. Very pleasant staff. Enjoyed the hot pool tho the spa was HOT!
