Lots of space. Good gym and pool. Great resturant.
Pretty much an average hotel stay. Set up is very confusing, bit of an architects nightmare with doors within doors within doors. Rooms were roomy enough however. Amenities were nice but nothing to write home about. Staff who greeted us were really lovely and were probably the standout of the entire place. Facilities looked alright, it was terrible weather though so we didnt really explore on our one night stay.
Room service food was really terrible. The type of food you might get at service station. Tasted very very cheap. Considering the Hiltons reputation, their emphasis on quality etcetc you would think their room service food would reflect the high standard they try to portray.
The room was wonderful and the facilities including the pool and spa were excellent
Our room was located next to construction works within the Hilton complex. Upon arrival, we were greeted by workers erecting scaffolding, which was quite noisy, and we were also exposed to inappropriate language from some of the tradespeople. Construction work began daily from 10am and the noise was clearly audible from our room.
To make matters worse, on our final morning the hotel had no water supply. This meant we were unable to shower, make a coffee, or even flush the toilet. We were advised that the entire Hilton property was affected and were only able to use the water provided in the minibar to make a coffee.
While we understand the water outage was likely unavoidable, it unfortunately put a real dampener on what otherwise should have been a very enjoyable stay.
