Great hotel
Pros:

Central location, excellent staff, very comfortable room and bed, good breakfast, and excellent dinner

Cons:

I would prefer a walk in shower instead of a shower in the bath.

Gutes Hotel in ruhiger, zentrumsnaher Lage mit großem Garten
Pros:

- gutes Frühstück mit ausreichender Auswahl
- parkähnliches Grundstück, Lage ruhig, aber dennoch nur 10 Minuten ins Zentrum
- Zimmer grundsätzlich gut ausgestattet, nur Beleuchtung zu schwach und etwas zu klein für drei Personen
-freundliche Angestellte
- gute Parkmöglichkeiten in der Tiefgarage (ausreichend Plätze)

Cons:

- beim Restaurant passt abends Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht- freundlicher Service, aber durchschnittliches Essen zu überhöhten Preisen

It’s a shame that such a good hotel has fallen into such disrepair.
Pros:

Location, location, and very quiet.

Cons:

A poor breakfast consisting only of cold or stale snacks. Apparently, they don’t realise that it’s possible to keep omelettes or bacon warm using special warming trays. A coffee machine that doesn’t serve Corto, and all for 20 euros!
In reality, a genuine 3-star hotel at a 5-star price.
The room we stayed in was decorated in dark colours, with completely inadequate lighting. The design dates back to the 1990s and no improvements have been made over the years.

El desayuno era formidable y el personal de sala muy agradable

Cons:

La puerta del baño es transparente, no cierra y eso es incómodo. Por la noche, si abres la luz para ir al servicio, deslumbra toda la habitación. Además de la incomodidad de no tener intimidad. Creo que un hotel de 5* no puede tener una puerta así

Pros:

La ubicación del hotel en una zona tranquila pero cercana al centro de Santiago, sus bonitas instalaciones, con su jardín y su cafetería, el parking incluido,el desayuno muy completo y la comodidad de sus habitaciones.
