Very Disappointed
Pros:

The location was great. In the middle of a very popular tourist area. Very close to almost everything. However, it was quite noisy especially at night, because of the restaurants, bars and nightclubs nearby.

Cons:

We had an issue with our reservation. We booked two twin rooms for two couples. But when we checked in, the hotel's record showed that we booked two twin rooms with one adult in each room. The hotel insisted on charging us JPY 2000 for each extra person per night, and then another JPY 2000 per day for the extra breakfast. Although it could have been an issue with the system at Booking.com, the hotel didn't show any interest in helping us or accommodating our situation. In fact, if the hotel is attentive enough, they could have noticed that I booked two twin rooms and asked for two beds in each room. Why would it make sense for us to have one adult in each room in that case. They could have contacted me soon after I made the reservation to clarify. The whole situation was very disappointing.

期待していたので残念だったが全体的には満足。
Pros:

駅近で交通の便が良かった。

Cons:

朝食の海鮮丼を楽しみにしていましたが、写真で見ていた具材はほぼなくエビととびっこくらいでまぐろ、タコ、サーモンなどはなかった。2泊したがメニューは変わらずで日替わりメニューなどがあれば良かった。

In the City Center with everything you want or need around
Pros:

Hotel was setup in the City Centre with convenience stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and bakeries all located just downstairs. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, they had Dove products in the room. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

Breakfast was subpar, was bland and sad. Building parking was full and they have more guests than parking, so we had to park across the street in the crowded public parking and haul our bags to the hotel.
