Pros:

I liked that the staff was super nice and helpful. There was Sky in the reception, he was very helpful with everything. He gave me everything I needed even though I had a very late check in, he was great. Also, in the morning they called me a taxi and accompanied me to the taxi helping me with my luggage. Overall for a one night stay as well, and being a solo traveler it was very safe and comfortable.

Pros:

We enjoyed the toilets in our suite and also having a washer dryer was a bonus . Really comfy beds
Excellent buffet breakfasts

Cons:

1 bedroom was next to a staffroom and was quite noisy at night with the scraping sounds of furniture on wooen floors. Earplugs weee needed!
There was no ironing board and iron
In 1 bedroom the a/c wouldn't reduce temperature so was.too stuffy
