Fantastic location which made for a very easy and enjoyable trip!
Pros:

Fantastic location right outside Vevey station and a few mins walk to the lake.

Cons:

The bath was dirty and the rooms are very dated. The gym is also extremely basic with no weights.

Location was amazing. Room was nice for 3 people, it was great to have 3 beds. Super clean.

Cons:

Well, I hate to sound negative, but it was expensive for what it was. $450 CAD. When we checked in at 10:30pm the air conditioning hadn't been turned on prior to our arrival and it was so hot and stuffy. Beds were totally sufficient, but again, for that price in Canada - you get really good sheets, way more comfortable beds, and lots of pillows :)

La habitación,,la ubicación,el personal especialmente el chico que estaba a las 6:00 de la mañana el dia de la salido,muy majo y atento,por cierto era portugués,ese chico se merece un 10.

Cons:

No me gusto el desayuno muy pobre para un hotel de 4estrellas,muy poca variedad,y también el spa muy pequeño

הצוות מקסים, ידידותי ומרגישים שרוצה לעזור. ארוחת הבוקר מצויינת ומפנקת. המיקום מעולה, במיוחד למי שמתנייד בשוויץ עם רכבות, אז המלון ממש מול תחנת הרכבת המרכזית, במיקום מרכזי שממנו נוח לצאת לכל הטיולים היומיים.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Ideal location when traveling by train. The old town and lake are nearby.

Die Wasserhähne Dusche und Lavabo haben nicht einwandfrei funktioniert in einem Zimmer. Der Teekocher hatte inwendig Rost. Aber insgesamt ein sehr gutes Hotel.

飯店地點就在車站旁，3秒就到達，旁邊就是coop及百貨公司，入住當天有提早讓我們在十二點就入住，櫃台人員非常親切，房間非常乾淨又大，會推薦給親朋好友的。

Cons:

冰箱很小，塞滿了要付費的飲料，沒什麼剩餘使用空間，有點可惜。

Went because of heat wave with elderly person - it was a godsend they had AC
Pros:

We were in the older part of the hotel; Room size was nice; spa was nice to have (but we were not told that Hamamm was out of order); convenient restaurant; toilettries; quiet air conditioner; ample newspapers and magazines; staff was pleasant and we could add another night

Cons:

acoustics: could hear people in the hallway; not a smart TV to be able to watch Netflix (1 staff said it was a smart TV and the other staff at reception didn't know if it was smart or not but said he didn't know how it works); restaurant is quite expensive; would have enjoyed a better rate as the hotel website was better than me calling directly (and 2nd night could have been offered less expensive); one light bulb in floor lamp not working
