Pros:

Lobby, breakfast area and room very nice and very clean.

Cons:

Price for pet fee....please make this part of description on booking.com. I was in shock. Also, the stuff on bottom of tub/shower was nearly completely gone, I felt Very unsafe on it. Told desk, they said...oh well you could have come to desk and requested a bathmat...now who would guess that, and only there one night so too late.

This hotel is worth it!!
Pros:

This is our second time staying at this property. They are always clean and the beds are so comfortable.

comfortable beds but check the sheets!
Pros:

comfortable beds and fairly clean room

Cons:

my sheets had two sets of hairs on it along with crumbs so I know the sheets were not changed so I went to the front desk and got clean sheets and changed the bed myself. Not happy

Very comfortable stay.
Pros:

Clean, comfortable and the staff is friendly. The breakfast menu is good and the food is tasty.

It was okay for one night
Pros:

Was clean and staff was very friendly. Only stayed one night so can’t say a lot more about it they are being remolded while we was there but didn’t affect anything

Cons:

If you get a room here don’t get one by th highway the semi trucks are extremely loud going down the highway. We were on third floor last room in the hall right next to the highway. Had to turn tv on to drown out the trucks. I doubt I would stay here again unless my room was farther from the highway

What a costly disappointment!
Pros:

The room was newly remodeled...though not complete...so everything was new and comfy.
It has a nice pizzeria next to it and a little further down the road is a nice Mexican restaurant and a Chinese buffet.
it was very close to the ramp for I55..but wasn't that noisy.

Cons:

I never would have booked the room at their prices had I known they were remodeling and the floor actively being remodeled was the one we were on. The hallway carpet was dirty and was cool (no heat on) and we had to walk around the stuff in the hallway. And there was no reduction in cost for the room.
The breakfast was really lacking in choices...and in conversation with the couple at the next table, who were 2 rooms down from us, they were very unhappy also.

Nice and clean, friendly staff, great breakfast and good value
Pros:

Convenient and close to nearby restaurants. Very clean in our room. Newly remodeled rooms and I believe we were first to stay in it. Good continental breakfast offerings and very friendly staff.

Cons:

The elevator and lobby on the floor of our room could have been cleaner. You could see where they didn’t get things cleaned up like they could have after a remodel. The view from our room was the back parking lot where they had all the old furniture and mattresses from the remodel. I know that can’t be helped but still unsightly to see.
