The location.

Cons:

The pool was cloudy and disgusting, the employee who checked me in was rude and on her cell phone taking a personal call while checking me in. I wanted a room on thw top floor and was told they couldn't accommodate that, she did not even check before answering. The manager at check out disnt acknowledge me at all, took my room keys and walked away so I had no idea if we were all set. Our room had ice on the inside of the glass and on top of the windowsill. Over all it was a place to stay just not what we were expecting.

breakfast was great..we had a very short stay, but the staff was very accomadating after a 4 hour flight delay and late arrival.

The driveway wasn’t cleared of the snow and I got stuck! When I finally got free I had to go to the driveway next door to get through!

Comfortable beds nice clean room

Cons:

Wi-Fi wouldn't connect even after I asked for help. Pool was dirty and cloudy the pool was also cold and so was the pool room
