Siamo stati accolti dalla gentilissima Lara ci ha fornito tutte le spiegazioni Struttura molto pulita formula All inclusive Piscina molto grande e a due passi dalla spiaggia di Copacabana Per arrivare in centro bisogna prendere un pullman la fermata è a 5 minuti a piedi

Cons:

La ventola del bagno rumorosa ma non abbiamo segnalato altrimenti sarebbero sicuramente intervenuti

Horrific and stressful

The staff were so rude and unprofessional!
The worst resort ever.
After a long jurney at the arrival with our 2 kids at 9:30 we asked for for some french fries they told us that the restaurant was closed (we booked the all inclusive rooms) then we asked for some bottles of water since we didn’t find any in the rooms and the receptionist told us they don’t offer water but you can drink the tap water in the toilet 🤮, never seen a service like that and we travel a lot!

A konyha kiváló, magyarként életünk legfinomabb pörköltjét a szálláson ettük. Külön köszönet a korai becsekkolásért. A korlátlan kávé/üdítő zseniális.

子連れに最高！
Pros:

オールインクルージブ(朝食、昼食、スナック、夕食)だったこと。ジュースやアルコール飲料などが飲み放題だったこと(ただし、課金する飲み物もあり)。ビーチまで徒歩5分くらいだったこと。マロワールド(遊び場)を無料で使えること。

Cons:

Old townまで少し距離があること。でもそれを分かっていて宿泊したので問題なし！

特にファミリー向けのホテルだと思いますが、高齢者にとっても過ごしやすいホテルだと思いました
Pros:

オールインクルーシブなので旧市街で高い食事をする必要がない。旧市街の雑踏を避けて自然あふれる立地で良かった。

Cons:

お皿の洗浄不良があったのは改善してほしい。自動洗浄機だと思うのでチェックは必要だと思います。

Pros:

Номер був чистий, все працювало, ліжко удобне, кожного дня змінювали рушники та прибирали. Їжа була різноманітна та дуже смачна. Є велика ігрова зала для дітей. Моя дитина була дуже задоволена відпочинком.

Cons:

В готелі не було морозива взагалі, але біля готеля 5хв є невеличкий ринок там можна купити що захочете. За рушники біля басейну якщо брати то окремо платити 2 євро за день користування.
