Ευγενικο προσωπικό,πλουσια γεύματα,ωραια τοποθεσία και σε κοντινή απόσταση απο τη στάση λεωφορείου για το κέντρο και την παλιά πόλη.

Αξιοσημείωτο ειναι το Maro world,υπέροχος χώρος για παιδιά!!!!Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!!

Super miejscówka. Blisko duży wybór pieknych plaż. Fajna promenada w pobliżu sąsiedniego hotelu Dogodny dojazd z hotelu do centrum autobusem nr 6. Bardzo dobre jedzenie i napoje w opcji all inclusive. Duży basen i blisko mała plaża Polecam.

Udany pobyt z bardzo dobrą obsługą restauracji i czystością pokoi, choć z kilkoma niedogodnościami organizacyjnymi.
Pros:

Pokoje były sprzątane codziennie i utrzymane w bardzo wysokim standardzie czystości – to zdecydowanie duży plus. Na wyróżnienie zasługuje również obsługa restauracji, która była zawsze uśmiechnięta, pomocna i profesjonalna. Śniadania były smaczne i urozmaicone – każdego dnia coś innego. Dodatkowo stosunek jakości do ceny oceniam jako uczciwy.

Dużym atutem jest również klub dla dzieci Maro – nasza młodsza córka uwielbiała spędzać tam czas. Dostępna jest duża ilość nowego, czystego i zadbanego sprzętu oraz gier, a pracownicy klubu są uśmiechnięci i bardzo przyjaźni dla dzieci.

Cons:

Hotel położony jest na uboczu (co wiedzieliśmy wcześniej), jednak dojazd komunikacją miejską lub Uberem jest bezproblemowy. W okresie naszego pobytu było mniej gości, co dziwne niestety było odczuwalne na barze – barmani sprawiali wrażenie mało zaangażowanych w obsługę gości w formule all inclusive.
Dla rodzin z dziećmi i wózkami dostęp do basenu jest utrudniony – wymaga dłuższego spaceru lub znoszenia wózka po schodach, co przy dłuższym pobycie bywa uciążliwe.
Minusem był również słabej jakości ekspres do kawy.
Dodatkowo strefa dla palących znajduje się dość blisko pokoi oraz tarasu widokowego, co może być uciążliwe dla osób niepalących.

La posizione e la pulizia delle stanze

Cons:

Il cibo ripetitivo tutte le sere, poca cura nella cottura dei cibi, parte del personale di accoglienza sala scortese (non i ragazzi che pulivano i tavoli nè i cuochi) e molto rude nel comunicare.

Pros:

Veldig fint område og når været var dårlig var Moro World fantastisk å gå til. Her var ungene ofte flere ganger om dagen og var kun 100m bort dit. Sent på sesongen og dårlig vær, gjorde at bassenget var kaldt(ikke oppvarmet) og stranden ganske tom for folk. Men nydelig område på alle måter. Maten veldig god og personalet super hyggelige og hjelpsomme.

Cons:

Hadde vært en fordel med oppvarmet basseng.

Overall, we had a fantastic stay at Sunny Dubrovnik.
Pros:

Our room was cozy and recently renovated. While it wasn’t very large, it was comfortable. The pool area, especially the kids’ slides section, was fantastic—our daughter had the best time! The mountain views were stunning, and the nearby beach was lovely. Breakfast and dinner offered plenty of variety, and I have to say, the coffee was some of the best I’ve had in a 3-star hotel.

Cons:

Cleaning was a bit inconsistent; towels were replaced only once when requested, floors weren’t always cleaned, and sometimes toilet paper wasn’t replenished. Since we spent most of our time outside, it didn’t affect us much. Maro World was a delightful surprise—something truly different, with live music in the evenings that we really enjoyed while our daughter stayed entertained
