La posizione e la pulizia delle stanze

Cons:

Il cibo ripetitivo tutte le sere, poca cura nella cottura dei cibi, parte del personale di accoglienza sala scortese (non i ragazzi che pulivano i tavoli nè i cuochi) e molto rude nel comunicare.

Stuff were so kind and helpful. These receptionists are 10/10. TOP SERVICE!!
Maro world was amazing. My son loved it and didn’t want to leave. It exceeded my expectation big time!

Cons:

The room didn’t get cool enough even at night.

Pros:

Veldig fint område og når været var dårlig var Moro World fantastisk å gå til. Her var ungene ofte flere ganger om dagen og var kun 100m bort dit. Sent på sesongen og dårlig vær, gjorde at bassenget var kaldt(ikke oppvarmet) og stranden ganske tom for folk. Men nydelig område på alle måter. Maten veldig god og personalet super hyggelige og hjelpsomme.

Cons:

Hadde vært en fordel med oppvarmet basseng.

Overall, we had a fantastic stay at Sunny Dubrovnik.
Pros:

Our room was cozy and recently renovated. While it wasn’t very large, it was comfortable. The pool area, especially the kids’ slides section, was fantastic—our daughter had the best time! The mountain views were stunning, and the nearby beach was lovely. Breakfast and dinner offered plenty of variety, and I have to say, the coffee was some of the best I’ve had in a 3-star hotel.

Cons:

Cleaning was a bit inconsistent; towels were replaced only once when requested, floors weren’t always cleaned, and sometimes toilet paper wasn’t replenished. Since we spent most of our time outside, it didn’t affect us much. Maro World was a delightful surprise—something truly different, with live music in the evenings that we really enjoyed while our daughter stayed entertained

Ideal per passar bones estones amb els nens
Pros:

Es ideal per als nens, no falta res! Tobogans, parc ludic, a la platja atraccions que es paguen a part… Si la nota la fiquen els nens es un 10!!
Personal molt amable i atent.
Habitacio molt correcta. Dutxa bona, sabó de cos amb bona olor!

Cons:

Begudes no incloses. Nomes aigua a l’esmorzar però el reste del dia les begudes eren molt cares.

Great honeymoon choice
Pros:

Staff were super friendly. We had a great honeymoon there. Super plus was that they prepared lunch boxes for us as we had to catch an early morning ferry.

Cons:

The pool is not heated.

Not enjoyable
Pros:

The beds were comfortable and liked the walk in shower. Mathew was extremely nice at the desk as well as all of the female desk attendants. Suzanna at the bar was also very nice.

Cons:

The evening we checked in, the man at the desk was Srban. He didn’t greet us. He didn’t welcome us to the hotel or tell us anything about the hotel. He was extremely rude. He sent us to a room with one bed even after we stated we needed a room with twin beds. When asked, he stated breakfast was from 9-11…. Not explaining brunch. Nor did he have time or was not willing to separate our balance for our stay. ALSO, no where in advertisement did it state this hotel catered to children. The dining room was overflowing with children unsupervised by their parents. Food was mostly carbohydrates with little protein added and tasteless. When there was meat served, it was tough and dry. You definitely need to have a HEALTH INSPECTOR look at your buffets. People reaching over people’s plates with food, coughing on your plates of food, children grabbing food., etc etc. Very unappealing and unhealthy! Meals were over all negative experiences. Such a disappointment after staying at Valamar Argosy Hotel.
