Overall, our stay was ok. We just needed a place to relax and sleep after a day at the track racing.
Pros:

-In room coffee maker didn’t work
-Fan really loud rattling
-Easy chair upholstery ripped
-Litter under tables - appeared not to have been vacuumed under tables and heat A/C unit
-Cobwebs on lamps, in corners

Pros:

Breakfast was mediocre. It included watered down orange juice and bad tasting coffee.

Cons:

Our room was dirty. Carpets were not clean. Drywall was crumbling onto the floor. Hotel was not well made so the people in the floor above could be heard.

Very nice
Pros:

Very nice clean room, larger than the typical motel room. The bar & grill was enjoyable with a good food selection at reasonable prices.The breakfast that came with the room offered a nice varity of food. The staff through out the motel was friendly and helpful

It was a good stay!
Pros:

Very nice rooms and water park nice arcade. Shout out to I believe her name was Olivia in the water park on Saturday she was so nice and helpful great customer service!!!!!

It was an amazing stay and the stuff are fantastic and friendly!!!
Pros:

The location was great as it was only 2 miles from our venue! And the waterpark was nice

Cons:

The breakfast was only till 9:00am and 10am on Saturday and Sunday!! We never got to eat the breakfast the whole time we stayed due to the early time

Lakes Jam #1 Hotel
Pros:

This is an amazing hotel! We stayed do to Lakes Jam and it was super! They had a shuttle that took us back and forth every day! Ever 30 minutes they would return! My only complaint would be that breakfast is 7am-9am!! So we missed breakfast ever morning other then that is was a fantastic hotel and will come back again… we rented the 3 queen family suite and it was fantastic

The lifeguards were horrible, started off at three.Then, there was one.Sometimes there was none.There was never someone watching my son was stuck up on the top.Because the slide doesn't build up enough water and there's nobody up there.I had trouble pushing myself. And then I went down behind my son, a little bit after he did. And then somebody had the nerve to say, hey, you can't do that. And at that time, there was nobody else behind me or using the slide. Well, if you're not watching my kid at the bottom. I cant trust you to watch my kid, I'm gonna do it myself. And if you're gonna tell me, I can't, then I'm not gonna go to your facilities that aren't safe. I wouldn't come back
