Not mad just little disappointed for a suite. I get it lots of kids moving through but will need some proof of being mor

Love the waterpark and the food. Staff was very helpful

Cons:

Pretty dirty. A/C unit was full of dust visible to the eye on the unit. The surfaces were dusty maybe due to the unit. But won’t say the bedding was bad cause I saw nothing wrong there. Just think the room needed a good cleaning.

Excellent will be back.
Pros:

We didn’t eat breakfast. Location is wonderful. Staff was very kind and accommodating. Rooms are clean. Having bar in hotel is nice. We had pizza and boneless wings and both were very good. The coffee there was very good.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

We would come back next year for our family weekend if the water park was fully open & water warmer
Pros:

The rooms were nice sized. The theme throughout the hotel was nice. Continental breakfast. Were able to check in early.

Cons:

The water in the pool and water park was cold. So the hot tubs were over crowded. The water should be much warmer. The little kids slide was shut down which didn't leave the 2 and 4 year much to do on their own. They were sad about it and didn't understand they couldn't use it. The amount Booking.com said I would owe at check in was $738 but the morning of check in, they deducted $784.

Great place for a family getaway.
Pros:

Easy to find your way around. Nice decor and architecture.

Cons:

The description of the beds was a bit confusing, and we couldn’t utilize one of the beds because it was a bunk bed.

Really appreciate the breakfast it was good and like that there was variety!

Cons:

Overall cool waterpark love that you can order adult drinks and food but didnt stay that long in waterpark because the chlorine was strong it irritated my eyes and my kids eyes and kind of cold in there, water was cold to.
Also our room alarm clock went off at 6am waking us all up had to unplug it might be good for housekeeping to check make sure no alarms are set that will wake guests up.

Asian beetles in our room, mirror was super dusty so you wonder wha else was not cleaned. Spiderwebs in corners of room. My son broke out in a rash after he went swimming
