Pros:

Location for what we needed was great. And the price is always good.

Cons:

Water pressure in the shower is not the best but that is a 1st world problem

Very comfortable and the view from the rooftop pool area was stunning!
Pros:

We were lucky enough to have a room with a partial view of the water from our big balcony eg moored yachts etc (room 605A)
The kitchen was well equipped and the bed very comfortable, the lounge room had a large TV as well plus one in the bedroom. One floor up was the rooftop pool with a huge area to sit and enjoy the water and mountain views.

Cons:

Nothing really other than the shower was in the bath!

Birthday trip
Pros:

It was a very spacious place to stay in.

Cons:

I would have been happier if I checked in earlier. ( 7:15 ish ) We couldn't get up any sooner than what we did unfortunately. I would have liked to enjoy being in my room longer. That's on us though.

Good value, lots of space
Pros:

Exceptionally large suite with all amenities (laundry, dish washing machine, air fryer, kettle, hair dryer …) and complimentary laundry and dish soap. Very spacious balcony from both the sitting area and the bedroom. The building is a bit dated and some things need maintenance (the towel rack in my shower was VERY loose) however I do think that’s reflected in the price and lends itself to the value. Some dishes in the cupboards weren’t the cleanest but I’m sure that can happen between guests and with cleaning supplies provided I didn’t mind. Location was at the very end of the boardwalk but a 15 minute walk along the ocean brings you to the city centre. Two fantastic coffee places nearby and the reef marina is walking distance, great if you are planning any trips. My one piece of feedback would be the heavy advertising throughout the lobby encouraging you to book trips with them, however when I asked they told me they emailed one provider once who never got back to them. Seemed a bit silly to me especially since Park Regis would be earning commission on each trip booked? Also there is quite an aggressive check in letter indicating rules, including a $100 fee (!!!) for lost keycards. Otherwise it was very quiet and I slept very well!

Great stay close to everything we needed
Pros:

The staff are amazing the first night we had booked a queen room which wasnt bad except the curtains that block the sun did not close over properly so you wake up to the sun in your face. the 2nd night we could here a loud hummimg from the roof top which was loud we called reception and staff came to investigate he even said the humming was way to loud to sleep and he would go check. later he came back and said we are changing your room to a 1 bedroom apartment this was very much appreciated he said to contact front desk in the morning to see if we could stay in the apartment because it was the weekend they allowed us to stay the 1 bedroom apartment is great from now on will only book this apartment and if my adult kids come will book the 2 bedroom apartment. staff were all amazing and i thank all of them for there help. this is what hotels etc need polite and helpfull staff

Pros:

Great proximity to restaurants and shopping

Cons:

The air conditioning unit rattled all night and constantly woke me up and didn’t have a cover on the blades. Reception were notified there was an issue with a noise but no offer of a new room.
