I loved the location of the property.

Cons:

The fact that they charge you over $15 per day for parking, but then there is no parking available and they have you parking at the hotel next-door if the parking is full at their location and for someone that has mobility issues it’s very difficult to walk from one hotel to another hotel next-door. Especially at night, which is not safe and there is very poor lighting. The bathroom was not clean and the toilet seat was broken and I had to complain and they were only able to fix it the following day, which made it very difficult to use the bathroom obviously. The beds were as hard as plywood and very uncomfortable luckily I had brought some pillows from home to try to make it as comfortable as possible.

Decent stay
Pros:

Significantly cheaper than a lot of other places. Breakfast was pretty good.

Cons:

The TV in our room had a *minimum volume* programmed which was insanely loud and I could never catch someone at the front desk to talk about it. Other than that, it was pretty routine.

I would think twice about rebooking

Everything was great the hotel and facilities were great

Cons:

The bed bug bites I received weren’t nice I had bites on my legs and sides , the smell in the room had a pungent sewer odor.

It was a fair location as far as price and position goes, but could use some attention to detail.
Cons:

Parking seemed very limited as well as the “pet area” consisted of a doggy bag station and about a 10 foot square of lava rocks. Would like to see grass instead.

When we first checked into the property, the rooms were not what we expected at all. In the photos online it looked nice
