Cons:

Hard to access due the construction. No signage directing patrons. Obvious gang neighborhood with shots heard. Poorly lighted parking area.

Pros:

Being on the 4th floor to see fireworks and it wasnt so far from uptown.

Cons:

Our ac was not working good, it barely got cold. Our microwave and phone was not working as well and the lamp on the desk wasn't working and the bed by the window was lumpy and gave me a backache the whole time I was there.
