Cons:

They charged a fee for a pet which we didn't have. I called the hotel and the GM never called me back. I also called corporate and they weren't much help either. I would be very careful staying here.

Front desk was very nice, but won’t come back for how expensive it was.
Pros:

Its proximity to the highway we needed to be on the next morning. Front desk clerk was very kind.

I don’t recommend this Hampton Inn location.

Cons:

Poorly maintained. The window shade in my room was broken, as were some electric outlets. In general, the hotel looked a bit shabby. The breakfast food provided was of low quality and was not replenished. Other Hampton Inn locations offer a better experience.

Hard to access due the construction. No signage directing patrons. Obvious gang neighborhood with shots heard. Poorly lighted parking area.
