Barulho pela manhã (muito cedo, 5h30 da manhã) de outros hóspedes, talvez falte orientação do hotel (além de noção dos hospedes).

Gostamos de tudo! Boa localização, bem próximo a shopping Cataratas JL. Café da manhã com bastante opções. A equipe é simpática e prestativa, com destaque para a equipe de limpeza, os quartos estavam muito bem limpos. E o ambiente remetendo à Itália dava um clima muito bom ao hotel.
Somente o isolamento acústico do nosso quarto que poderia ser melhorado.

Ficamos muito satisfeitos com a acolhida, recepção e acomodação, gostaríamos que fosse Cama de Casal, mais devido a lotação de feriado não tinha mais o quarto de casal, ficamos feliz porque o hotel fez uma adaptação do quarto para nos receber, agradecemos o carinho e atenção.
Escolhemos esse hotel para passarmos uns dias em agradecimento a Deus por pela nossa união, comemoração de nossa "Bodas de Madeira", uma data muito especial para nós.
