Pros:

Café da manhã maravilhoso e os funcionarios muito atenciosos. Ficamos 6 dias e nos atenderam muito bem, o melhor atendimento em hotel que já tivemos. A Renata da recepção, a luzia e luziene da limpeza, um rapaz cubano do café da manhã e os demais que não sabemos o nome, sem exceção, foram perfeitos.

Cons:

A academia precisa de uma reforma e poderiam fazer um espaço kids com playground, mas nada que prejudicasse a nossa estadia.

Pros:

Desde la llegada la atención del personal de recepción fue maravillosa, nos fuimos entre 10 personas y una paciencia única para hacer el check in a todos. Las instalaciones del hotel son espectaculares, habitaciones limpias, confortables y seguras. Las camas muy cómodas, smart TV con cable, baños limpios y una ducha con excelente presión de agua, la limpieza del personal de servicio increíble. El desayuno es el más completo que puede haber. Hay de todo! Pero de todo!. Riquísimo!. La piscina con el agua calentita y muebles muy cómodos para pasar la tarde. Estacionamiento techado para varios autos. Estuvimos desde el viernes 6 al domingo 8 de febrero del 2026 y volveríamos una y mil veces! Muchas gracias Bella Italia!
