Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Tiny room for 146 eur...tv: only 2 channels available. Breakfast was ok, but a bit expensive(18 eur) for what it was.

Prima locatie voor kort verblijf, op loopafstand van het station en de kunsthalle gelegen.
Pros:

Prettige, vriendelijke ontvangst, rustige kamer, uitgebreid ontbijt. Goede sfeer.

De lift bleek erg traag. Verder geen opmerkingen.

Für Zwischenstopp genügend.
Pros:

Gute Erreichbarkeit vom HBF. Bei Ankunft sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Empfang.

Cons:

Das EZ war sehr eng. Habe das Bett hin- und hergeschoben, damit ich etwas Platz für den Stuhl bekommen habe.
Der Teppichboden war fleckig und zeitweise roch es im Zimmer etwas muffig.

Good hotel in disputable area
Pros:

Good standard chain hotel with colourful interior. Small welcome shot a good surprise. Silent room.

Cons:

Location on active arabic street. Shady persons sometimes in the lobby. No tea / coffee appliances in the room though very appropriate space for that.

Dreibettzimmer nicht zu empfehlen
Pros:

Die Anbindung an die U-Bahn ist gut, man ist schnell im Zentrum sowie an dem Hauptbahnhof. Die Zimmer wirken sauber und gepflegt.

Cons:

Wir haben ein Dreibettzimmer gebucht, bewusst auch mit einem Schlafsofa. Jedoch war es lediglich ein Doppelzimmer, in dem an das Fußende des Doppelbetts ein schmales „Schlafsofa“ platziert wurde. Laufen konnte man in dem Zimmer nicht mehr. Das Schlafsofa mussten wir nach unserem CheckIn um Mitternacht selbst aufbauen/aufklappen. Da im Zimmer keine Bettwäsche oder Handtücher für die dritte Person vorlagen, mussten wir diese an der Rezeption erfragen. Das Schlafsofa mussten wir anschließend selbst beziehen. Der Komfort des Schlafsofas war aufgrund der Härte äußerst schlecht.
