Staff maravilhoso
Pros:

Muito acessível de transportes, zona com bom ambiente, supermercado ao lado, pequeno almoço maravilhoso, quarto limpo.. mas o que destaco é a excelência do staff. Pessoas maravilhosas, durante o dia e noite. Não faltou nada ao meu filho que tem necessidades específicas. Destino a repetir e sem dúvida que fico alojada no mesmo hotel!

Cons:

Não houve nada que tivesse desgostado. Até um fervedor de água me emprestaram para poder aquecer leite durante a noite sem ter que descer à recepção.

Pros:

Mir hat besonders gut gefallen, dass man bis 10:30 Uhr frühstücken konnte und das Angebot war sehr gut.
Die Lage ist auch sehr gut, man ist schnell zu Fuss an der Alster oder am Bhf. Oder hat direkt den Anschluss an die U-Bahn.

Çalışanlarin ilgisi güzeldi konumu çok iyi idi bütün turistik mekanlara yürüme mesafesinde idi.Kahvalti yapmak yemek yemek için otelin etrafında bir çok restoran vardı.Marketlere ve otogar ve istasyona çok yakındı hava alanına bir S1 treni ile gidebiliyordunuz
