Pros:

Really friendly staff, helpful and enthusiastic. The room and design of the venue are beautiful with all those artworks around. And the location is good.

Pros:

Front desk truly excellent (Sahar and colleague) and extremely friendly and helpful. Room was good.

Cons:

Getting to it can be a little off putting if on foot. But not hotel's fault.

Die Dame an der Rezeption war ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und sehr entgegen kommend.

Cons:

Das die Sauna außer Betrieb war.
Beim Frühstücks Buffet gab es leider kein Lachs oder anderen Fisch (hätten wir in Hamburg erwartet).
Aber sonst war das Frühstück sehr lecker.

Good hotel for a night in Hamburg.
Pros:

Fine hotel in Hamburg. We stayed one night which was ok when you consider the room size. The Rooms are fairly small but has all what you need.
Staff is super friendly and feeling you welcome. The room has no aircondition and arriving on a hot day, it was very nice the window's were open in the room

Goed en degelijk hotel. Propere kamers en ok ontbijt.
Pros:

Ontbijt was uitgebreid. Vers en een brede keuze.

Cons:

Daar kan het hotel niet aan doen, maar de buurt was vrij lawaaierig. Straatlawaai 's nachts.
