Tutto ottimo, dalla comodità della camera al cibo del ristorante. Consigliatissimo!
Pros:

La posizione dell'hotel è super comoda, rispetto al santuario. Il personale è sempre stato molto gentile e disponibile e tutti i servizi a nostra disposizione erano di buona qualità.

Cons:

I bagni, divisi per lavandino e doccia e in un altro gabinetto e bidet. Forse è usanza culturale dividerli.

Hotel was so neat and clean.Reception staff was helpfull,Location is verry nice .close to Notre de cathedral and all restaurant surrounding.Will would love to stay again in this hotel

Overall good, but not worth the 4-star price or expectations.
Pros:

We are reviewing the Grand Hotel Gallia & Londres, because that is where our reservation was transferred due to a technical issue at Hotel Panorama. We thought that was fine. We were told the Gallia was a 4-star plus property.

The Gallia was a bit Disappointing for a 4-star grand hotel. It was a very average, regular hotel rather than luxurious. The front desk staff was excellent and the lobby is nice.
Breakfast was great and dinner food was delicious.

Perfect location , only 50 m from the sanctuary of Lourdes and near shopping.

Cons:

Our room was in an annex building, standard size with nothing special – no luxury or extra comfort to qualify as “grand“. Restaurant service was very slow and understaffed: one excellent waiter handled all the tables alone at the start, the maître d’ arrived late, and dinner took 1.5 hours. We skipped dessert due to the wait.

Excellent hotel, would come back again!

Just a few steps away from the Sanctuary.
Plenty of restaurants around the area.
Staff are very helpful and cheerful!
Breakfast is superb,plenty of choices.
