Lived up to our expectations in Hospitality & Location.
Pros:

Good Sumptuous Breakfast with a decent array of dishes on the Buffet.
The staff was very courteous and helpful.
Clearance of dishes were prompt which is what is expected in a Buffet Breakfast.
The Timings were also just right.

Cons:

Overall, every aspect of the Hotel was in order.
Hence no dislikes whatsoever

We had a nice stay at Panorama Hotel
Pros:

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at Panorama Hotel in Lourdes. It was my first time visiting Lourdes and first time staying at this hotel. Upon check in and arrival in our room, we found two complimentary water bottles and a nice welcome note from the manager on the desk. How nice is that! Both Leo and especially Samantha who helped me many times learn directions and gave me maps were terrific. Also friendly were the other front desk staff whose names I didn't know. The room we got had a nice view and a balcony. The bathroom was a good size. The hotel is right across the sanctuary's St Joseph gate. We could easily go to the Grotto and visit the Sanctuary. There are many little shops and cafes around it so there is no problem for finding meals. The hotel also offers meals on site however we found those to be very expensive for a quick lunch or dinner and we also have food/dietary needs without milk and nuts and we weren't sure if that could be accomodated.

Pros:

Location was strategic to the sanctuary. I walked to and fro. Room was comfortable and clean. Service was fine. Staff were responsive.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man ist in wenigen Minuten bei der Grotte.

Cons:

Der Gratisparkplatz ist ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Aber immerhin gibt es einen.

Excelente ubicacion a pasos del santuario, solo cruzando la calle estas en el santuario. Muy comodo, buen desayuno y espacios amplios. Tambien muy amable y atento el personal.

Excellent Hotel to Visit Lourdes
Pros:

The location in proximity to Lourdes is excellent. The hotel room was very clean and spacious for a European room. The air conditioning worked, which is a definite plus when dealing with Southern France humidity. Also staff speaks English.

It was all good, no complaints.
