Die Lage.
Putzfrauen sehr nett.

Cons:

Teppichboden, sehr schmutzig.
Chef von Putzpersonal platze ins Zimmer, um Putzfrau anzutreiben. Wir waren im Zimmer und er guckte einmal rum und verschwand. Sehr unfreundlicher Chef

Great amenitities and location
Pros:

The location really helped us maximize our trip to Lourdes! The room was very comfortable and with good amenities. They were also so kind to let us leave our luggages until our 5PM train. PS we got to do immersion baths at 2PM.

A great place to stay with easy access to the Shrine of Our Lady of Lourdes
Pros:

The location and proximity to the Shrine as well as numerous restaurants etc. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful; and the room was comfortable and clean.

Cons:

A little more soundproofing would be nice to cut down the noise from the street snd surrounding restaurants etc.

Good and convenient.
Pros:

The room was clean and functional. Really great location, just minutes from everything. Friendly staff. Skip the breakfast. The buffet had been mostly emptied when I arrived, seemingly without replenishment coming and there were no utensils. Maybe it was a rough day. I did love the coffee however!

Excellent location, staff, clean don’t bother with breakfast!
Pros:

Staff were friendly and conscientious; hotel very clean. Excellent location, very close to basilica and grotto. Breakfast a disaster—understaffed, no choices of food—don’t bother. Buying it was a waste of money. Go somewhere nearby instead.

Very central hotel in Lourdes
Pros:

We had an accident right before arriving in Lourdes and the hotel were very understanding about our late arrival. They accommodated our request for two interconnecting rooms and were extremely helpful over the period of our stay. The hotel is very close to the Grotto and this made it easier to travel around the village. Staff are very helpful.

Cons:

Rooms are quite small (difficult to move around with 2 luggages in a room). Bathrooms are claustrophobic and are not very well planned. The bath is high to get into, very slippery and the hot/cold water system is a nightmare. Whilst taking showers, the water goes from freezing cold to scorching hot in matter of seconds (on its own). There is also a lot of noise coming from the ceiling (possibly the water heater)when one switches on the shower. The pillows are very uncomfortable. The rooms were very noisy since service trucks cleaning the streets below start at around 5/6am. We were on the 2nd floor but it was as if they were right outside our window.
