Very good hotel with superb location but offering mediocre breakfast.
Pros:

An excellent Hotel with a suberb Location, very close to the Sanctuary and offering „panoramic“ views from our balcony. The only criticism is that breakfast, at €18 each, was not good value for money considering the limited range of choices and mediocre quality.

Insuperable!!!
Pros:

La ubicación es lo mejor. Insuperable. Si tienes la oportunidad de tener una habitación con balcón podrias ver el templo de Lourdes y se puede ver la procesión de las antorchas.El personal de recepción y del comedor son muy amables y queridos, intentan hablar español lo cual se valora un montón. Tienes opciones de comida cercanas, tan cercana que justo a lado de la entrada del mismo hotel. El restaurante New Orleans lo recomiendo.

Cons:

Tal vez mejorar las opciones de desayuno. Los huevos que sirven no tienen buen sabor . El café que ofrecen en las máquinas son más agua que café. Y básicamente todos los días es el mismo desayuno.

Excellent location/Comfy Room - Worst internet/Room key issue
Pros:

Plus(+) : Appearance of the hotel from the outside looks cool and very close to the gate of Lourdes. Beds are too small which might be an issue to others but it was comfortable.
Negative(-): First - Worst wifi/internet which was important to us. Second - several visits (six times) back to the front desk since the hotel key was de-magnetized! It was very annoying esp when you are tired, wait for the elevator- only to learn you have to go back down to the front desk to make room key work.

Good place, poor service
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location. Unfortunately the first night there was no hot water in the bathroom. It was fixed after half an hour. The water only came out half way from both sides of the shower because it was so limescaled. I had to call the hotel at 3am as stated when booking because the receptionist was not there. They told me it would be at 4am. Breakfast was also a bit disappointing as 3 food warmers were empty at 7am.

Centrally placed, welcoming, lovely staff and rooms
Pros:

Your hotel is placed in an excellent location and staff were very welcoming and kind. The atmosphere was inviting and the rooms and staff were excellent. Great value for money. We will go back to you again
