El Servicio de atención fue muy bueno, muy amables. El Hotel está muy cerca del Santuario, tiene estacionamiento de pago a 200 mts.
Lo malo el olor a comida a pesar de estar 4 pisas arriba, y el mal olor que hay en el baño.

The panorama hotel was fantastic. The staff was friendly and helpful. We went to visit the Our Lady of Lourdes grounds. It was the closest to the entrance. We tried the breakfast buffet but it wasn’t great.
Thought breakfast was included but then was charged on checkout. A bit expensive.

Booked a room 2 persons and surprise my breakfast was for one paid extra plus town tax double buffet paid booked for 2 but have to paid extra dinner the buffet only 3 choices uhhh awful breakfast coffee from a machine a 3 choices awful

Staff was absolutely wonderful. Would definitely recommend this place.
Check in should be at 2pm. At 2pm we've been told that room isn't ready because they are busy. After arguing with manager who was saying that check in is FROM 2pm. So you can even get your room at midnight and it's ok according to management words. Finally we get room at 2.30pm. Breakfast is extra paid and it was the poorest breakfast we ever had. If you like cold scrambled eggs, red cabbage, cereals with cold milk, two chees, two different hams and tomatos served with green tomato stalks you wil love your stay. Also in the room we found one spider, one other insect and mould in the bathroom

The hotel is a couple of feet from the Sanctuary. Central location. Great staff.
The view from our balcony room were outstanding
