La proximité avec le sanctuaire et le petit déjeuner

On avait demandé un lit double on a eu des lit séparés collé c'était désagréable on a réclamé 2 fois auprès de l'accueil qui nous on assuré de faire le nécessaire sa n'a pas été fait et les chambre sont parfois mal fait surtout le lit j'ai l'impression qu'il ne change pas même pour un long séjour et les serviettes aussi bref j'ai l'impression que beaucoup de choses sont vraiment a revoir et l'ascenseur mon dieu horrible le matin et le soir on peut faire facilement 10 min a attendre heureusement y'a un escalier.

Pros:

Unfortunately I will not be recommending this hotel to family and friends. When I had booked my rooms, I enquired about parking. I was told parking was 15 euros, which I thought was satisfactory. Upon departing the hotel, we were told parking was 23 euros! That was totally, totally disgraceful! Especially in the town of Lourdes!

Da un punto di vista prettamente “laico”, Lourdes rimane solament una tappa di passaggio nell’attraversamento dei Pirene

La nostra camera era datata e maleodorante . Un solo ascensore per 8 piani e quindi con molte camere. La colazione qualitativamente mediocre. E’ impossibile cenare dopo le 8.45 in un weekend di agosto

Un séjour agréable et confortable, avec un personnel attentionné et un emplacement idéal près du San

Chambre propre, cosy et agréable, avec un emplacement idéal à quelques pas du Sanctuaire. Petit-déjeuner et dîner bons. Personnel très agréable, serviable et courtois. J’avais réservé une chambre triple avec early check-in ; comme elle n’était pas encore libérée, une chambre quadruple m’a été attribuée. J’ai beaucoup apprécié ce geste, surtout que j’étais accompagnée d’une personne âgée qui avait besoin de se reposer.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner pourrait être davantage varié, notamment pour les séjours de plusieurs jours. Proposer davantage de variété, notamment au niveau des plats chauds et des accompagnements, rendrait l’expérience encore plus agréable.
